Hello friends, today marks a day of a really tough decision I had to make.
To gamble, or not to gamble.
Your speeches are just like the gambling Hamlet. Smiley Gambling-Gamblet? Smiley

Recently I've been going through too much chaos in life, and have to set my priorities straight.
A smart decision. There comes a time in everyone's life when it's time to change habits because they've outgrown their current passion.

I was losing too much when I gambled, always chasing losses, getting furious when I lose, so I made a decision to quit.
So, the main reason is precisely the losses?

I've closed both my Stake and Roobet accounts, which are the only 2 online casinos I play at.
What does this procedure look like? I've never done this. Is it like permanently deleting an account with no way to recover it?

I can't lie, it was fun, it was thrilling, I've had ups and downs, but after looking at my wager and statistics for both sites, I've lost too much when I could've been saving that.
You've lost more than you think. Add time to the loss.

I have quit gambling, and am now focusing on my business and to save up my money.
So that can get back to gambling and have something to bet on? Smiley Just kidding.

"I see you offer a service related to gambling, this could be hard for you to quit gambling?"
I do offer web development and provide slot games for casinos, this is my business I am focusing more on.
I don't believe I'll have any issues stopping myself from gambling, I see this as "switching sides", because now I am the house edge.

So, if you want to make money gambling, you need to switch to the other (dark) side? Smiley Otherwise, your lot is entertainment. Smiley So it turns out that way?

"It's hard to quit, even after closing your accounts, you could always come back."
This is true, it's very hard, I even tried closing my Roobet account a couple weeks ago, and I failed to commit back then.
But now, it's official. I've quit and do not want to come back to gambling.

Now you have openly declared this to the whole world (forum) and there is no way back for you.

I have successfully closed both my Stake and Roobet accounts.

Now I understand what it looks like.
