Cloudbet closed my account and stole my money.

I made a cloudbet in the last couple of days won a few hundred euros and collected. Then I tried to make a third withdrawl and got asked to verify myself. Now im a uk player and I know my country isn't allowed but lets be honest how much profit does cloudbet make from banned countries? My guess is a lot. I was told on chat just verify and I should get my money. I know its only 400 dollars but how can they just steal this money from me? They said i had another account previously banned which may be true but with no kyc checks in place initially then really they are opening themselves up for this. How many other times do they keep people's money? I made 2 deposits way after my initial deposits but there keeping my 400 dollars as I was slightly in profit at this point.

Gambling these days seems like double-gambling - [1]trusting, then [2]delivering the actual wins plus the initial deposit.

Seems like many here just get the latter for whatever lame excuse lately, but i'm not actively involved in that kinda stuff really except for watching the scam board.

It's one reason I gave up this bs many years ago, like 10 years ago  prolly...

As far as I know, Cloudbet Geo-blocks users from banned countries. How is it that you managed to bypass the geo-blocking and signed up on the platform, yet you are from the UK? You knowingly went against their terms of service very well knowing that they could confiscate the funds so who is to blame?

I am not defending the casino, but their profit doesn't matter here(so I'm not sure why you even mention that), and from what you have written here, you also probably knew what you were doing, knew what the consequences could be if you got caught breaking their Terms and Conditions(winnings voided). Anyway, you should at least get your deposit back.

Tried to verify this using a free VPN with a UK IP(London), but I can still access it, but when if I use an IP from the Netherlands(Amsterdam), it does block the website.

I hope someone from the UK can really verify this.
