Our First Weekly Race is Now LIVE!

We're excited to announce that HazeBet's very first Weekly Race is now live!

Compete throughout the week, climb the leaderboard, and earn your share of the prize pool. This is just the beginning—we'll continue improving and expanding our promotions as our community grows.

Good luck to everyone participating, and may the best players come out on top! 🍀

It's great that you're launching the Wager Race. Promotion and marketing are key to encouraging users to deposit and play at your casino.
However, building trust is much more important, and you lost my trust the moment you started.

In your chat everyone can see that the admin gives the user $1 as a welcome bonus:

The same admin is third on your Leaderboard:

The first thing that comes to my mind is that the rest of the users in high positions are also fake participants. Even if they are real, I still won't believe it.

You even placed your fake participant - admin on the poster advertising the race.

I am truly sorry that you did such a thing. But maybe it's better that we know from the beginning what you can do than if it were to be revealed later and someone could lose money.

Thank you for bringing this up. We completely understand why it could raise concerns at first glance.

To clarify: Nemel is only a chat moderator whose role is to help keep the chat active and assist users. The $1 welcome bonus you saw being given out has nothing to do with the Weekly Race.

Every wager Nemel has made has been funded entirely with his own deposits. He has not received any special balance, wagering credit, or any other advantage from us to climb the leaderboard. His position is the result of his own gameplay, just like any other participant.

We appreciate you pointing out how this can be perceived from the outside. Trust is extremely important to us, and we'll take your feedback into account to avoid creating this impression in the future.

Are you saying that someone who adds money to other users balances can't add it to his own balance?

And how is it possible that since the race started at this moment, there are already so many participants on the leaderboard with such high results?

You could have at least tried to say that it was a false start and that it would be reset because the leaderboard showed some test results from previous days.
I'm sorry, but I doubt there's anyone on this forum who would believe you.

Nemel does not have permission to credit balances to himself or any other user. His role is limited to moderating the chat and assisting users. In the example you mentioned, he was simply informing a user that they had received a $1 test balance from us. He has no access to our administrative balance tools.

Regarding the leaderboard, this was not a false start. To ensure fairness, we decided to include all eligible wagers placed earlier this week rather than only counting wagers made after the public announcement. We didn't want to exclude players who had already been actively wagering before the race was officially announced.

To avoid the leaderboard becoming confusing in the future or starting in the middle of a week, this first leaderboard will only run for 4 days. After that, all Weekly Races will follow a consistent schedule, running from Sunday to Sunday (UTC-2). This provides a clear and consistent qualifying period for every participant, which is why we included all eligible wagers placed since Sunday in this first race.

We understand that seeing high wager amounts immediately after launch can look unusual at first, but those totals are from legitimate wagering activity that took place during the qualifying period not from test data or a leaderboard error.
