Welcome,

I check the site quickly and see something important

VPN is not allowed to bypass geo restriction and if accounts are known as breaking service terms, at that time, pending bets will go void and the casino can withhold the fund (it's in 7. Account suspension and termination.)

Quote
https://hazebet.co/terms
6. Prohibited activities

Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Also KYC is mandatory.

VPN is not allowed to bypass geo restriction...

Also KYC is mandatory.

Thanks for taking the time to review our Terms.

You're absolutely right to point those clauses out. We know privacy is important to the community, and we've tried to strike a balance between user privacy and our legal obligations.

  • The VPN clause exists solely to prevent users from bypassing geographic restrictions or accessing the platform from prohibited jurisdictions. It's not there to penalize users who simply value their privacy. We're also reviewing this policy internally and are considering allowing VPN usage.
  • We use a risk-based KYC approach. For the vast majority of players, KYC is never needed. Verification is only requested in specific cases where it's necessary to keep the platform secure and compliant. We only ask for the information that's required.

Our goal is to provide a smooth, privacy-friendly experience while remaining a trustworthy and compliant platform. We also appreciate feedback like this, as it helps us improve both our policies and how we communicate them.

So, does this mean you guys are licensed? I was trying to find your casino's licensing badge, but I couldn't find it. Would you mind pointing me to it, in case I missed it? Also, out of curiousity, what kind of cryptocurrencies are you guys accepting? I couldn't find it on your casino either, and there is no list of it here on your ANN thread. I could've registered to see it(if possible), but I don't want to do that yet.

Welcome to the Forum btw!

Welcome to Bitcointalk.

There is something strange about the registration process. There's no "Sign up" option anywhere, only "Sign in." After selecting it, this appears:

The options you see are to register (here, via "Sign in") using your Google, Steam, or Telegram account. There's no option to register via email, although your Privacy Policy specifies that you can create an account using just an email:

I haven't found specific information about the required KYC, but the screenshot above states that you can collect such data. I also haven't found any information about the license for your casino, so there's a chance you won't require KYC at all. However, I think this should be clarified to avoid any confusion.

It also seems that for now, you only have your own Original games. Do you plan to collaborate with third-party slots, live casino, or sportsbook providers in the near future?

Overall, the website is neatly done and works smoothly, so I am waiting for some clarification and wish you good luck!

So, does this mean you guys are licensed? ... Also, out of curiousity, what kind of cryptocurrencies are you guys accepting?

Hi, thanks for the warm welcome and for taking the time to check us out!

At the moment, we are not licensed. Since we're currently offering only our own provably fair Originals and not traditional casino games or third-party slots, we've launched without a gaming license for now.

Our long-term goal is to become licensed and expand the platform with slots and other casino games in the future. We want to build the platform step by step while staying transparent with our community.

We completely understand your hesitation about registering before seeing more information. That's a perfectly reasonable approach, and we appreciate you asking instead.

As for cryptocurrencies, we currently support:

  • BTC
  • ETH
  • USDT (ERC-20)
  • BNB
  • USDT (BNB Chain / BEP-20)
  • LTC
  • DOGE

If you have any other questions or feedback, feel free to ask. We're happy to answer them!

No licensing does not help at all especially in a market crowded with crypto gambling sites that mostly utilise Anjouan licensing to prove their credibility in a bare minimum manner. Also, KYC in certain cases only doesn't help either since y'all don't have a license.

As some posters above pointed out, the sign in stuff is weird without a proper register button. Deposit and Withdraw tabs just show loading crypto without actually displaying them. Bad first impressions overall.

Thank you for the warm welcome, the kind words, and the good luck wishes—we really appreciate it!

Also, thank you for taking the time to review the website so thoroughly.

You’re absolutely right about the registration flow. We sincerely apologize for the confusion. We’ll forward the missing “Sign Up” option to our developers right away. We only launched yesterday, so this is exactly the kind of feedback we’re looking for to help us improve the platform.

Regarding KYC, we use a risk-based approach. For the vast majority of players, KYC is never required. Verification is only requested in specific situations where it’s necessary to keep the platform secure. We’ll also make sure to clarify this better on the website to avoid any confusion.

As for our roadmap, yes—we definitely plan to integrate third-party slots, live casino games, and additional content over time. Right now, we’re focused on building a solid foundation with our own provably fair Originals, but expanding the game library is one of our main goals.

Thanks again for the detailed feedback. Comments like yours are incredibly valuable, especially this early after launch, and they’ll help us make HazeBet even better.

Welcome to the forum!

You should enable a standard registration option with email + password, without requiring players to connect third-party accounts to the casino if they don't want to.
If you aren't licensed, who is asking you to be compliant and collect KYC and private information on players?

Your OP says "Fast Deposits | Low Fees." Does that mean players are charged fees on deposits? My guess is that it doesn't but I thought it important to clarify this.

Thanks for your honest feedback.

We completely understand your concerns regarding licensing. At the moment, we’re focused on building the platform, but obtaining a gaming license is definitely part of our long-term roadmap as we continue to grow and expand our offering.

Regarding the registration flow, the missing “Sign Up” option has already been forwarded to our developers after it was pointed out earlier in this thread. We agree that the current flow can be confusing, and a fix is already being worked on.

As for the Deposit and Withdraw pages, the issue is currently caused by a loading delay that we’re actively investigating. In most cases, the supported cryptocurrencies appear after around 5–10 seconds, but we completely agree that this creates a poor first impression, and we’re working on improving it.

We appreciate you taking the time to point these things out. Feedback like this is especially valuable while we’re still in the early days after launch.

Thanks for the warm welcome and for your feedback!

You’re absolutely right about the registration process. We’re already working on adding a standard email + password registration option, so users won’t have to rely on third-party accounts if they don’t want to.

Regarding KYC, nobody is currently requiring us to perform it. We included a risk-based KYC policy in our Terms from the beginning because we want to be transparent about our long-term plans. Since obtaining a gaming license is part of our roadmap, we don’t want to market ourselves as a “No KYC” casino today and potentially disappoint our community later if licensing requirements change. We’d rather set realistic expectations from the start.

You also make a good point about the “Fast Deposits | Low Fees” wording. There are no fees charged by HazeBet for deposits or withdrawals. The only fees users pay are the standard blockchain network fees associated with cryptocurrency transactions. We agree the wording could be clearer.

Thanks again for taking the time to point these things out. Feedback like this is incredibly valuable, especially while we’re still in the early stages after launch.

Yeah, they probably can't lol. Looking at the backend, it just seems like a white label casino. The login, Google auth, and pretty much the whole site look like they're handled by Insolve, not Hazebet.

Those white labels aren't that expensive either. I've seen them go for around $4k plus 10% GGR. Because of that, I wouldn't expect Hazebet to have much control over the platform. They can probably just manage the bankroll, player accounts, and a few settings through Insolve's admin panel.

Obviously nobody knows what their agreement with Insolve looks like, so they could have a bit more access. But from what it looks like, they don't really have control over the core code.

We know privacy is important to the community, and we've tried to strike a balance between user privacy and our legal obligations.

I understand its important so I spent my time for scanning ToS for important information.
ToS, do you read it before using new platforms?

Because in your ToS and your explanation, there are geographic restrictions, I would like to ask whether your casino has automated block against people from restricted geographic locations?
Which casinos have IP blocks in place for restricted countries?

It's best if your platform has it already.

My first advice is for you to get a license and operate legally. You don't expect people to have confidence and build their trust on a casino that's not regulated. I don't know why these new casinos are always in a rush to start business without getting all the requirements to run a casino legally.

There's a lot you need to fix in the gambling site to enable players have easy navigation. I couldn't find the sign up button which discouraged me from signing up.
