No licensing does not help at all especially in a market crowded with crypto gambling sites that mostly utilise Anjouan licensing to prove their credibility in a bare minimum manner. Also, KYC in certain cases only doesn't help either since y'all don't have a license.
As some posters above pointed out, the sign in stuff is weird without a proper register button. Deposit and Withdraw tabs just show loading crypto without actually displaying them. Bad first impressions overall.
I love the graphics and picture quality Hazebet and all that have been stated above, they are all good and attractive even without logins.
The link to the site seem like it is not a standard registered site. I observed that Hazebet link carries .co instead of .com.
More work needs be done on the site to improve the patronage in the site and confidence of interested members of the forum to join and invite others. It not a know KYC site just that all that is needed now is improvement.
Thank you for your feedback and for the kind words about the design. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and suggestions.
We're continuously working on improving the platform and giving players more reasons to stay active. Over the next few days, we'll be launching our first Weekly Cash Leaderboard, where players will compete for cash prizes. We also plan to run regular community giveaways to keep things exciting and reward our players.
As for the .co domain, we chose it because it best matched our brand. We understand that some users are more familiar with .com, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective.
Thanks again for your suggestions. Feedback like this helps us improve the platform and build a better experience for everyone.
Welcome mate, I have read through the posts and reply and I noticed you are very much active which I so much commend and as a matter of fact your presence in engagements and interaction with members really count's to showing how responsive your customer care service is.
I checked for your operational licence and could not see it but you request for KYC so why would you not make your licence public for all to see. Where do you operate from? These are the minor things we look out for and it would be nice you put up your license for the community to see it for themselves as it is very necessary you do that.
Thank you for the warm welcome and for the kind words! We really appreciate it.
We're doing our best to stay active and engage with the community because we believe being transparent and responsive is just as important as building the platform itself.
Regarding licensing, you're absolutely right—we are not licensed at this point in time. However, obtaining a gaming license is part of our roadmap, especially as we expand the platform with slots and additional casino games in the future.
As for KYC, the policy is included in our Terms as a forward-looking measure. We didn't want to market ourselves as a "No KYC" casino today and then later have to change our Terms to meet future licensing or legal requirements, potentially breaking promises made to our community. We'd rather be transparent from the beginning and set realistic expectations.
Thanks again for your feedback and for taking the time to ask these questions. We genuinely appreciate it.
My first advice is for you to get a license and operate legally. You don't expect people to have confidence and build their trust on a casino that's not regulated. I don't know why these new casinos are always in a rush to start business without getting all the requirements to run a casino legally.
There's a lot you need to fix in the gambling site to enable players have easy navigation. I couldn't find the sign up button which discouraged me from signing up.
Thanks for your feedback!
We completely understand your point regarding licensing. Obtaining a gaming license is one of our top priorities, and we're actively working towards becoming licensed in the near future. We know that licensing is important for building trust, and it's a key milestone in our roadmap.
Regarding the registration process, we completely understand your frustration. The missing "Sign Up" button has already been reported to our developers, and we're currently reworking the registration flow to make it much more intuitive and user-friendly.
We really appreciate you taking the time to point these issues out. Feedback like this is extremely valuable, especially while we're still in the early stages after launch.
In reality, when it comes to a license, it's entirely up to you whether you want one or not. Back in the day, no cryptocurrency casino had a license, and things worked out just fine. A license builds a bit more trust. It gives users the feeling that the casino has been audited and they have a place to turn if they need need help in case of some conflict. However, it's possible to build trust without a license. It just takes much longer. As I mentioned earlier, it's up to you which path you choose, longer without license, or faster with license.

We actually agree with much of what you said. In our opinion, trust isn't built by a license alone—it's built by how a platform treats its community, how transparent it is, and how consistently it delivers on its promises.
There have been several licensed casinos in the past that were involved in controversies or even scams, so a license by itself is not a guarantee of trustworthiness.
That said, we completely understand why many players feel more comfortable with a licensed platform, and that's a valid point of view. That's why obtaining a gaming license is still part of our roadmap as we continue to grow. Our goal is to combine the additional credibility of a license with the transparency and community-focused approach that we believe ultimately builds long-term trust.
