Warning - 2UP.io Casino - 25K eur pending Withdrawal

Good Morning

It’s been two days and they still haven’t processed my 25k eur withdrawal.

A brief introduction: I’ve been a VIP membe of 2UP for several months now and, to date, I’ve never had any problems. I’ve even made withdrawals of 15,000 euros, but they’ve always been quick and hassle-free.

This time, however, for some reason I can’t quite understand, following a win of 20k, I requested a withdrawal of 25k. The requested amount was deducted from my gaming account, and I carried on playing as normal, making further deposits and also two other small withdrawals, which were processed promptly.

However, when I saw that my withdrawal request had still not been processed, even though several hours had passed, I contacted the VIP manager and customer support, but both kept saying that they had passed the case on to the relevant team, without giving me any further explanation and without processing my withdrawal, despite my numerous reminders! What’s more, as far as customer support is concerned, my case is closed!

Obviously, I still don’t want to believe that 2up is scamming me, but just in case, I’m posting my story as a warning to other players on BitcoinTalk, in the hope that I’ll soon be able to change my mind and close the case by confirming that my withdrawal has been processed.

And now the second person has filed a complaint against Casino Guru. And of course, this scam casino hasn't responded. It's understandable that they could respond, but nothing. They're just scammers. The website also states that they have a Curacao license. It's easy to verify that this isn't true either.

In your case, I understand why you’re worried. It has already been two days and the withdrawal is still stuck, while support is only telling you to wait for the team’s decision without giving any clear timeframe. I would also feel uncomfortable if that happened to me.

Looking at 2UP’s profile, though, the community does not seem to consider them scammers since their account has not been tagged. Still, it would be better if someone from their team replied here directly. Their account does not appear very active, although the last login was on July 8, 2026.

Hopefully, they notice this thread and explain what is causing the delay, especially since other members are already following the case.

I also notice that holydarkness has been actively helping with similar issues. You may want to contact him as well, since he might be able to reach the casino or help move the case forward.

You can see it that way, and that’s fine. But the main issue is still that your withdrawal has not been released, which is why you opened this scam accusation against them.

Until they process the withdrawal or give a clear explanation with a proper timeframe, people will naturally remain concerned. ( because you made it public)

You can see it that way, and that’s fine. But the main issue is still that your withdrawal has not been released, which is why you opened this scam accusation against them.

If your other smaller withdraws have been completed i highly suggest you to cancel the 25k one(if they allow it) and do it in small chunks to get the money out

Many smaller sites often take longer times for big withdraws, and maybe even more scrutiny put on the account/player/kyc etc.

I'll also suggest you go with this idea that was given because what first come to my mind was if this delay was caused as a result of the high withdrawal amount, so it could be that there is a particular alarm system that we subject an account to more closer review when they are trying to withdraw huge amount of money unlike when it is not applicable in this manner, I hope you should be able to go through if you try this means.

The requested €25,000 withdrawal is significantly larger than the other transactions visible in the screenshot (€2k and €5k). Casinos sometimes take more time when processing bigger withdrawals and they will also investigate them. Such investigations are carried out by third-party game providers. In your case, it's BGaming because you won the money on Elvis Frog in Vegas.

My guess is that is the reason for the delay. They processed two smaller withdrawals while the big one is pending. If they suspected you of being in violation of their rules, they wouldn't have done that. Everything would have been paused while you were under investigation. Let's hope it's nothing serious.

Coming here from your PM [well, will come here regardless]. Anyway, I understand correctly that withdrawal request [as per shown on your supporting evidence] happened on 26th July? So, technically not two days yet, 24-hours-wise. Do you mind to wait a little bit longer, give them about 72 hours, 3 days of working-day and see if the problem self-resolve itself?

Return here if by that time your withdrawal is not landed yet, I'll try to begin to do something. For the time being, if I may judge from the amount and the time spent, I think they just need some more time to clear the winning amount and the rounds before greenlighting the withdrawal.

I am not sure what you were trying to say here to be honest. My guess is that the €25,000 withdrawal is the biggest single withdrawal you made thus far.

Those were three individual withdrawals. Each one was smaller than your €25k one from two days ago. But summed up, the total is bigger. As I mentioned earlier, 2UP may take more time before they process withdrawals above a certain threshold. Maybe that limit is €20k or €25k or there is something else they find suspicious about the gameplay that they are now investigating. I am pretty sure that you will get an answer sooner or later.

as promised, I come with update that the fund, as per 2UP's system, has successfully landed on the player's wallet and it's the classic case of self-resolving case where OP doesn't bother to update.

Read the scam thread more often, and don't fall for their advertising brochures. Even if there's one open fraud case, immediately try to withdraw your money and never visit this casino again. Maybe you should have read the reply above since OP has been paid.   So your reply doesn't have any merit since tgis case has been solved successfully. When there is a bigger withdrawal it's not uncommon that a casino site that is not as big as something like stake or what not takes some time to check everything and then proceed with sending the withdrawal.
Classic case of read first, reply later.  

By the way, you shouldn't lecture OP for playing at 2up and then yourself playing at a small garbage site like kikabet (and then have a problem there  ) .

after more half year, they found that I had some multiaccount (which they detected on 12 January, but on 24 January VIP manager wrote me that I have some special bonus, I claimed it, and then after 1 month they stolen 50k usd, with reason that I used this bonus, total absurd and scam). this is epic scacm site.

They (2up scam casino) fled the jurisdiction of Curaçao, and now they can scam players using fake reasons.
