I will not support any apps that it is suggest for leasing bitcoin for any reason, we can invest in Bitcoin with our own fund and not to take a loan for any reason, the same way it is not advisable to start a business by taking loan, we are supposed to invest in Bitcoin and that is why we can exchange our financial assets acquire Bitcoin or mine it, also possible that we earn it in exchange for a service.

2 things come to mind from the OP

1.) The OP wants someone to borrow his Bitcoin and pay a percentage fee. The only way
that would work is if the person borrowing the Bitcoin can make a profit from that, otherwise
whats the point?

2.)The OP is willing to loan someone his Bitcoin - highly risky, at best there would be an
escrow involved but its advisable to retain full ownership of the coins rather than trusting
someone else.
I was also thinking about this. OP kinda gave a vague description about his idea on "Bitcoin leasing" cause the Bitcoin itself can be interpreted in many options. Since he compared it to a house and a car, I initially thought that he wants someone to borrow is Bitcoin and then get it back after. Because this is generally how house and car leasing works. But I can't really comprehend how it could be done in Bitcoin. Why would someone lease other's Bitcoin? OP would be earning for the lease and then he'll can it back again?

Now if he's pertaining to number 2, this would work. He'll be lending his Bitcoin to others, just like how you typically lend money to others. And this kind of Bitcoin lending is already existing, even here in the forum.

As we take the bitcoin like any object we have. For example houses or cars , etc..
Can we lease it? Can I lease my bitcoin and get money back on it?
In other alt coins like solana, we can stake it. So why can't we invent some technique to be capable of bitcoin leasing?
Personally there may be opportunities to do this but in fact the idea of leasing Bitcoin seems new and interesting to me. Bitcoin is the only decentralized digital asset that can be leased based on personal ownership and institutional ownership. If an individual or organization wants to lease it, it may require a separate financial institution because traditional banks will not take the risk.

If you consider the issue of trustworthiness, everyone trusts this decentralized asset, but this digital currency is not tied to any specific location. Blockchain is creating new records in every corner of the world where there is an internet connection, which is impossible to edit.

If you search on Google, you can find exchanges that allow you to earn on your Bitcoin. However, because these involve exchanges, you should understand that there are risks to relying on them to manage your assets.
While you can earn some money, trusting your assets to an exchange is not recommended, as no matter how good the exchange is, there are still risks involved. So, you can choose to keep your Bitcoin in your wallet, which is much safer. Or earn money by staking it on an exchange, which is much riskier; the choice is yours.

Bitcoin is a very rare asset that should be treated with care and caution OP. This is the reason why it has been said that Bitcoin should be held for as long as possible because the true value of Bitcoin is only appreciated on the long run.
And what do you even mean by leasing your Bitcoin out to another person or maybe even an institution, how dose it work maybe you can throw more like into it. Talking about staking Bitcoin is too costly to be staked out in return for more like your ordinary altcoins.
Bitcoin is gotten via proof of work which is a costly process,in the mining of Bitcoin so it not wise and advisable to stake what cost you a lot.
