Subsidies a tools for a balanced government?

I really want to understand more why government always find interest in removing subsidy in a dying economy and promising to fix this funds from subsidies removal to different departments, but after a while the same funds are either use for personal travels, luxuries and insurance, what's actually the purpose of Subsidy? Like I want to know. Is it lack of knowledge or wicked mandate that so much money that's entrusted into the hands of government can not be explained where it lost to, what is used for, because same problems you claim to solves when they enter seats, is even worst of what the citizens are going through. What's this Subsidy all about for?

Subsidy is meant for normal citizen it is not for the government officials to get enrich basically subsidy make essential goods and services affordable for normal persons or to support important economic sector of the country, removing subsidy can reduce government spending and it also free your fund for investing in different sectors including health Care, education and infrastructure, how ever the main issue is not always the removal of subsidies but the main concern is weather the savings are being managed efficiently or transparently.

When government fails to account for money, whether money is being used for improvement, then citizens see little improvement after subsidies are removed, this removal creates distrust between citizens and the government. People can question the policy that whether they are for economic reforms or simply they are going into the waste, and they are the result of corruption.

Exactly, if people are still in a situation where life is becoming difficult for them to survive, then, it cannot be called a subsidy because just as you said earlier, if they intend to help the public, they will ensure that they make life easier for people, as they will be able to afford things that are important in their lives and help them grow. And for all this to happen, the funds that come in must be managed properly but when they are not managed well, this will cause problems that will affect everyone.

Subsidy is just a word for keeping prices low so people can breathe. When it's there, nobody thinks about it. When it's gone, everyone feels it overnight. Countries that remove it successfully are the ones who replace it with visible and sustainable projects, a very functional infrastructures. But when all you see is the same old problems, it's hard to believe the money went anywhere useful. It's not really about subsidy being good or bad. It's about trust. If the people can see where the money went, they will accept the sacrifice. But if it just disappears into thin air then the resentment grows.

Subsidy should be seen as an opportunity created by the government to allow the people enjoy part of the governance they have right to, even though I don't think they must implement on this, but the people should also take it as an advantage and not right, also expected to enjoy impact of what the government is contributing towards a better society from the taxes they pay, with other income being generated by the government from other IGR, bringing everything together on a summation to help back the community at large to benefit an affordable living.

First of all the main idea behind subsidy is the government paying a certain amount for a particular service that is being given to the citizens, then the citizens are to pay the remaining balance in a bid for them to purchase or get that services. now this is always done in sectors that affects the citizens financial stability especially the energy sector, so the government for instance subsidize diesel, petrol, gas and electricity. However if the government decides to remove subsidy and allow the citizen's pay heavily for this product and the government claims the money they are removing from the subsidy is to invest on other sectors of the economy and those sectors have not yielded result for years, then the people need to come out to ask the government to give accountability of what they been doing with the money they removed from subsidy.

Firstly we need to understand what subsidy means. Subside is simply a percentages of money paid by the government in the products of goods and services to help reduce the cost of such goods in the market. Now I really think subside removal is a good things, that's if the government have a good reason for the removal of subsidy and also before any government decides to remove subsidy,  they should have madr plans for it, so as to lessen the burden on the citizens, which is by reviewing salary and giving the citizens a pay rise to help them survive the period of the subsidy removal.
When subsidy are removed by the government it is mainly to use it in the system,  whether to develop other sectors of the economy etc, but it now feels wrong when the money is now channeled to their personal use and not for the development of the society.

Subsidies are generally given by the government for the welfare of the people, but in our country, subsidies are generally used for the welfare of the people instead of for the welfare of the people. For example, in our country, sometimes when the demand for agricultural fertilizers increases greatly, the government distributes fertilizers and pesticides to farmers with subsidies. This is undoubtedly used for the welfare of the people by taking money from the government treasury as subsidies. But politically, when the government gives subsidies from its treasury as government incentives, government allowances and bonuses, house rent and medical allowances, travel allowances, etc., then state resources are misused. That is, subsidies should not be given in any way in all these cases. Subsidies should be given only when the money from that subsidy is used for national development and economic growth.

The idea of providing agricultural facilities and support to citizens by the government is much different from subsidy,  that which you have mentioned is empowerment and support to citizens,  subsidy is a form of support provided by the government in an unknown form.  If government wants to introduce subsidy in agricultural sector,  they will reduce the cost of products by paying some percentage of the money meant for those products without letting the citizens know. Although this same subsidy is used as a medium of stealing that is if we have corrupt leaders in power.
