Why Nigerians should not depend on the government to survive.

Anybody wey depend on Nigeria government to survive go hungry well well oo, and you no go fit even take care of yourself and family. The inflation wey de for the country, na government cause am, and even people wey don succeed to get government work na small money the government de pay, and e no de come early. If you check well, many government workers no de fit do any big project when them de service, some of them de wait for their retirement money before them fit build house self, but e go surprise you sey people wey de sell for table for market, people wey de inside shop de hustle go find am easy to train children for School, chop well, and even build house, and the business still de exist. Even as inflation de high workers salary no de gree increase.
Imagine the number of people wey de for de country, and if everyone de wait for federal government of Nigeria ma big Walhalla be that oo.

Depending on Nigeria for survival is like building a house on top a river believing water won't disturb you and your family over there.
For now surviving in Nigeria is one of the greatest challenges of life because all in Nigeria are faced with different kinds of problem which finding its solution is a very difficult one, many relentlessly believed and hoped on Nigeria government for survival without knowing nothing can come out from there.
The systems in Nigeria today are built to only be beneficial to  our politicians and lucky once but to the poor masses that deserves this great help do not and because of bad leadership system

Working for the government is not the same thing as relying on the government. Those who work for the government are civil servants. They rely on government work to get income. Most people who rely on the government want things to change. Meanwhile, there are some of them who are living large, but the belief they have in the government has kept them thinking that someday things will change for good. Relying on the government does not mean survival, and it wont uplift your income.

Well your point is somehow complicated because you said working for the government don't mean relying on the government for survival and that those that rely on government are civi servants, now can I tell you that there is no difference in the points you have made, because once you are working for the government without having another source of income you have automatically rely on them for means of survival and if they haven't paid salaries you don't have any other money to feed yourself and family. There's no one who will rely on a government and want things to change because ordinarily the government you and I know won't make things change on it's own except the masses lend their voices and protest for the change.

If you are still one of those people in Nigeria that still believes you will get a white collar job immediately after your school, then you must be joking. Alot of people who go to school nowadays feel there are still much jobs available for those who go to school, and that there are more privileges to those who have acquired basic education,  but the reality and the truth of the matter is that those days have past, when there were still jobs available for young school leavers, gone are those days when the government made it a priority to provide job for people who have finished their universities. Now you will have to provide something for yourself. You will have to look for whatever that can make you okay and do so that you will not lack.

As a citizen of Nigeria if you are depending soly on the government for a job or a sponsorship you are absolutely wrong, because the government as a whole have a lot of important things to take care of rather than looking into your life to please you. As an individual in as much as you are healthy and strong, just know that you have all it takes to survive and achieve all of your dreams, so work hard and plan yourself very well and channel all your energy to the things that will bring financial breakthrough for you, instead of hoping on the government that will disappoint you at any given time.

Rely is a verb. An action word. When you rely on the government, it does not mean you depend on them to receive income. An unemployed graduate may rely on the government to make an announcement for job openings. Majroity in the soceity rely on the government to reduce the cost of basic needs in the country. Relying on the government can happen in so many ways. But what you are talking about is depending. When you depend on someone or something, it means that without them you can't accomplish what you want from them. To rephrase that, it means without them you wont get that thing you are hoping to get from them.

The citizen of every country have to depends on the government to survive, who make things active in the nation if not the government and also all infrastructures are also important for citizen to survive. Sometimes I don't look at this survivor has eating or drinking like three times a day four times a day or blah blah blah, the job of the government is to make the provision of how people or masses can be, able to benefit either directly or indirectly. The natural resources that we have is being managed by the government so it is clear that we wait for them to protect us when it comes to anything.

Like our Nigerian government, we should not even try to wait for them, they are not being fair to us, at least let's transparency be there in every of their activities to reduce more questions from the citizens.

I think it is very risky to depend on the government for survival, if the government actually cares, they may not be able to provide for all, although I forgot that we don't have a government in Nigeria, we only have bunch of thief's in power and that's the majors reason why we should never think that they can do anything for us the citizens.

I'm very happy that the citizens of Nigeria are strong people, we already know that we do not have a government for, we only have government for few families in Nigeria, the government for borrowing, the government that buy expensive cars and house for their wives, children and friends, there is no Nigerian at this material time that will depend on the government when they know what the government of this country entails.

Now it's just so sad that most of our parents made such a significant mistake even in the north where I was based I find out that so many guys' dreams have been killed because most people there deeply depend on the government here…in fact bring the good investment of crypto to them the still love the government more…in fact, I keep asking myself why do people feel happy anytime the government take advantage of them thinking they are helping them or doing us a favor…My teacher right from the 80s did not buy a car or have one till she died, so tell me she used her 55 years of her life to worship the government for just a coin…

Now I keep asking myself why youths are so blind to see that you can become anything you want with just hard work and consistency If you’re really healthy and strong, that’s capital already to stay off the circle of the government now it very likely all you need is just your Brain, hands, phone, data those are tools.

I have trust in Nigeria Youth that they can survive in any circumstances, but one thing I want you to understand despite the government is not making the environment conducive they are still up and doing with so many things just to survive. The youth are not really depending on government that is why you will see everyone working towards their goal by the use of their brain and skills, this is actually the best talent that was given to them by Allah and actually it is working very well for them, it is the reason why they still continue to live strong and stronger day by day, if not the may not be in existence if really they want to depend on this government most especially in Nigeria.

I think most Nigerians doesn’t rely on the Government for anything, government aren’t providing employment for anyone, people who mostly benefit from Government are people who have a chance and opportunity because they’re connected to someone there, so I will assume that to have employment in any company in Nigeria you will need connections else that would be absolutely impossible.

How do you apply for a job opportunities, and you’re asked if you have a top politician connections, personally I have given up on anything that has to do with Nigerian government because, there is absolutely nothing good that can come out from this Government that is only interested in their selfish interests.

You said my mind, there's no benefit of being a Nigerian, common transport subsidy the government can not give to us. All you said here is the sad reality in Nigeria,  connection is more valuable than degree in Nigeria, your degree with a connection with a  politician is nothing. How can a country develop with this act.

For a very long time Nigerians stop believing in this government,  we have really moved on to find our fate. The annoying thing is that the government will still over tax you from the business or job your create for yourself. The government are making life miserable for all Nigerians in other to control us.  90% of Nigeria citizens depend on themselves for survival,  government is a failure to the people.

Since you can't help the whole country, the best thing is to help yourself, depending on government will held no positive results, because at the end of the day you might die of hunger if you didn't save or rescue yourself from all those mess, especially now that we have so much problems to deal with. We have to take our responsibilities without waiting for the government, if we want to beautify and makes our lives more colourful.. Government can only provide job opportunity for us, but cannot physically carry out the job/work for us, so if people can bear the burden of the work, then you can definitely create a job opportunity for yourself, you don't have to be a civil servant,it is not a must, you just have to find a reliable source of income.
