Are the strong hands holding while the weak ones are selling at a loss? Is this the actual scenario?

It's usually most of speculations according to analysts especially during when there's visible or at any up or down trends volatilities that that really have emotional and manipulative influences on investor's or enthusiasts.
Example; as Strategy recently sold off 1,638 from their portfolio which psychologically tends to inspire Fomo on beginners or short term goals of investor's which influences them to  sell at panic due to the speculation that price will drop or is already dropping just after the strong institution as Strategy holding one of the largest amount of bitcoin sold theirs.

Speculations, volatility, and analysts are related from the early days of Bitcoin because things have never been easy. People have never been standing alongside Bitcoin; they have always made the opportunity to have their concerns, even if mostly they were never right, but they try their best to have rumors about the existence of Bitcoin, but it's staying and doing impressively while it's never been easy to predict about price in the short and long run because anything is possible.
Recently, big institutes have big buyings. This increases the fear factor because their strategy is always  increase instability and make good profits with their huge capitals, just like mentioned about MicroStrategy selling more than 1000. This creates serious panic, and people start to sell their stocks. Even many of those well aware of these tactics make no reaction, but the market feels it, and the price slides. Now it is going to be part of this community. I am not sure whether it's going to be big below.

Bitcoin has come to stay

But when it comes to a timid and scared investor, they do not want to hold Bitcoin during those times, but sell it at a loss due to the market situation and volatility.
I think most people who are investing in Bitcoin right now already have a good understanding of how to hold onto their Bitcoin during a bearish market. Even though there might be beginner investors who still panic easily in certain market situations, after two or three experiences, they’ll definitely do better. There will always be people selling and buying; our job is to hold onto the Bitcoin we have until we reach our set target.
One thing that I have understood is that no matter the phase of the market, people will always buy and sell since we all have our different reasons for coming on board the cryptospace.

However, those who understand how bitcoin works and sees it as a long term asset and store of value overtime wouldn't sell when they haven't accumulated their expected target. This is the best time to buy and grow your bitcoin portfolio.
It's only an advise that people should not get tired of holding their bitcoin especially this period. We know that we all have different reasons for coming into crypto space but we try to learn from mistakes of the past and we try not to repeat it the second or third or more time as the case may be. Again, bitcoin is not just like any other cryptocurrencies because it is better than them all and can be trusted better than every other Altcoins. This is why bitcoin lovers came to advise for continuing to hold instead of selling because of the price drop.

Of course everyone has the right to buy or sell at all time, but at the end, what is your gain? Will you be proud of your bitcoin practice or will you regret tossing your coins around? Holding further will give you more fulfilment and makes you more likely to have a good profit than what you could have had.

Obviously, not everyone will be holding at the same time; not every investor will be selling. This is why we have both the giant holders who are whales/Institutional investors, and we also have the small-scale investors or individuals.
In actually fact I can not guarantee if this Speculation reliably be trusted because as much as we are growing our knowledges with experiences, so also it is also becoming obvious that the psychological factors on the WEAK investors as you may describe it does not seem that effective like that anymore unlike then that bitcoin has not been this popular.

The influence of the whalers on the plebes has also seem fading out that the community cares less about them (whalers) while the hope of their investment looks towards the future.
Nevertheless there is still suspicious category of users that will be vulnerable to this scenario. It is a fact.

Until we don't get to see the last month's price of bitcoin this year, no one can tell that what will be the bottom price. Bitcoin can still surprise us even on the days we least expect it, it happened already before, so its still possible to happen again in the next months or years ahead.
And that is what Bitcoin market from the very beginning, it's volatile and we don't know how the price will moved. Even in short term, it can go either direction. Just like what we have seen, it goes down below $63k and in the next 24 hours, almost touching $64k.
This is why liquidity matters, and if there is a very low one, then it is going to move even further. If the liquidity is low, that means even a half-billion-dollar move could suddenly change the direction very easily; if there are huge volumes and liquidity, then billions can't move it in a day.

During bull periods, we go up so much, and we have so many buyers that someone selling half a billion dollars at that moment won't make a difference to us; or when we are in a bear market, and it crashes very quickly, someone buying half a billion dollars would not make any change, and it will continue to go down. But when we are stable and very low liquidity and zero volatility going on at any moment, someone coming in and making something that huge would create a huge volatility and change the price so much.

It's difficult to determine the true situation because institutional investors who are selling at least 50 BTC and the owner of a Bitcoin wallet that went live after 10 years of holding cannot be classified as weak hands. However, one thing is certain we are in a period of market correction, where a significant price decline always happens in the entire crypto market.

The early adopters of Bitcoin are still holding their assets to this time will not selling, while the weak investors are selling at a loss, not being able to afford holding for a longer period of time.
Not all early Bitcoin holders are not selling, and the institutional dump is also includes while retail investors dump does not impact the BTC price.

Now, if the same holders have to continue in this process without selling and eventually imagine a 30-day change, does it signify we are already going to experience the bottom?

Whether or not retail investors sell, Bitcoin will dump, and the bottom price has not yet been reached.
