When I registered I thought I'd be able to pick from their huge list of providers but a lot of providers are blocked depending on the currency you're using. For instance, if you're on BTC, there's only 5 game providers you can choose from. On the other hand if you're on USD fiat, everything shows up fine and playable.

I've never seen anything like this. Is this an error or intentional?

Good question! It's intentional. Some game providers have restrictions based on the currency or region you're using, so they won't appear in certain wallets. If you switch to another currency like USD, you'll see many more providers available. We're also working with providers to reduce these restrictions wherever possible. But most of them will be fixed on monday!

Similar suggestion about the additional blockchain networks have previously been mentioned in this thread.

Also, please add a blockchain network that's user-friendly for small players.

Regarding deposits, thanks for the feedback! We'll definitely be adding more blockchain networks that are better suited for smaller transactions.

As for new coins, I don't think adding more from what they have is necessary. Most gamblers nowadays either use stablecoins or BTC (for a few BTC maximalists). This platform also already supports XRP and LTC, so if they were really inclined to add a new coin, it would probably be Solana, given that it's one of the hyped coins right now.

It is normal to see users abuse bonuses, the team did right if the said users are guilty.
