I'm curious to know, if anyone can invite their friends and anyone can claim the no-wagering bonus (please correct me if I'm wrong), how can they be so sure that the abusers are forum members?

That $20 bonus is only currently active and available for Bitcointalk members. Plus, I'm pretty sure the sign-up link coming from this forum had a tracker on it, too.
And aside from IP addresses, a casino can also cross check login and play sessions, their betting patterns and many other things that could ultimately tell them if a specific list of accounts are owned and operated by a single entity.

One of a casino's aim is to grow their number of users/players, so,  I'm sure banning a couple of accounts isn't done on a whim without proper investigation.  
As for the issue if SCORAS team should present further proof, I believe they've already made a statement about that. Privacy comes first. It's now up to other casinos to impose their own checks to avoid similar instances happening within their own platform.

I guess there some need to improve with the user interface of the @SCORAS, even the panel once its pop up there is no indicators of the close button all you need is to click outside the panel box.  

Regarding with the transactions of deposit its an instant no hassle also the platform offer a bonus and have an option for the people who really love to play slots or even sports betting.

Also its good if you adapt too the trend slot games like what other casino has so it has a sports betting, but I do recommend if you do a sports bet better to let them choose the game and not set as a current tournaments just my cents.

Not sure what additional rules you would like to suggest to make things more "slightly tightened". You haven't really mentioned any.   Imho, the requirements to claim the $20 bonus are already tight enough. Full Member rank and above only, and a $20 deposit.

Definitely I would praise the scoras team, Because they have played a responsible role in this regard and what I like most is that their officials are maintaining regular connectivity with the forum members. And at the same time, I like this unique way of taking entries on the forum. (you know I am saying about their bitcointalk reward program).

Anyway, now coming to the main point, I think their reward campaign has the right amount of rules so that scammers can't take entries and at the same time they have a risk management team to identify abusers.

However, I still think one rule can be added here and that is those who get legitimate negative tags from dt members are disqualified. Then it will be full filled

My experience with SCORAS.IO withdrawals was very smooth, my withdrawals arrived just in time. I didn't experience any hassle at all, although I didn't win from my bonus as I lost it to a single game I played but I managed to raise my deposit funds to 50$ on another sportbet selection. Since the team is thoroughly checking for bonus abusers, it may reduce the number of cheaters, though catching them might be more difficult if they are good at manipulating without being caught. Inactive accounts that haven't posted in months are waking up to participate in the promotion, It will only be fair if those accounts, inactive for three months, are excluded from participating.

So do you think like that those person who get the red tag for account farming, multi-account, or for scamming do they really play honestly or are they the ones who abuse these types of reward campaigns? Just check the accounts who try to abuse the rewads all of them are already tagged for those reasons.

It depends on the casino manager, or a campaign manager, as if they have time to spend and want to check accounts with red trust feedbacks, they can filter them and accept red tagged accounts that are good in their own assessments.

It's a burden of work for managers to do and most of them don't want to spend time for that task but we have some campaign managers that have terms in their campaigns that red tagged accounts can be accepted. Some campaign managers even don't kick out accounts with newly red tags so that's all depended in managers and their criteria.

Managers can have red tags so in general I agree with you but there are always exceptions.

Scoras is new comer in this forum and the mentioned promotion is their first effort to promote themselves in this forum. This is why there is no such a rule for their promotion because they are focusing the rule on bitcointalk account level only without considering about red trust rating. It is a lesson for them obviously so they can have better way of offering exclusive bitcointalk promo in the future so abusers can be minimized. Whether they will have stricter requirements or maybe they will hire an experienced manager to manage their future promotion.

Withdrawal was very smooth although I waited a few minutes longer compared to the typical instant withdrawal time when I withdraw my initial deposit balance.

Even they don't run a signature campaign, they can still seriously build up their project and community here. There are many casinos with announcements in the forum but don't run signature campaigns and their business here run for years, not only some weeks or months. With this campaign, there is more possibility of longer appearance of Scoras in Bitcoin forum.

Depends on their business treasury and available fund for marketing, they can run their campaign several weeks or longer like some months. With their first campaign ever, likely they will try to do assessment before deciding to run it longer.

congratulations for the launching of the signature Campaign. But another thing is, long term signature campaign is better. Campaign is to create awareness that you are here in the forum a d interested people should join the casino t have fun. And definitely people will join and play games but the feedbacks from the casino will determine the long stay of users in the casino. And feedbacks like, the live chat or customer support responds, deposit and withdrawal system of the casino.
