I noticed a small design issue which is that the Coin icons are not the same size, some are small and some are big and I also saw one with a dark background. Although this is not really a problem still to my eyes it looks a little bad so I thought I would let you know.

I just saw all the updates by the SCORAS team. The team has been really putting in great effort, taking suggestions and ideas that would make the casino stand out fast.

Tried out the USDT bep20 payment method and deposits were credited within 10 minutes interval as most crypto deposits, so it's definitely an upgrade that would attract more users atleast no more limitations on means of deposits.

So maybe that's the reason why you need to contact the customer service for further information on how to get it done. As for customer service referring you to another team on Telegram, I believe the reason for that is actually because it's not their department. But anyway, I have the feeling that you will get the vip transfer so long as you have proof of vip on another casino.
However, since it's a new casino, I believe that with time, Scoras will make it easier for other vip gamblers to see.

Well, obviously, hahaha. As some in this section know I have several accounts worth millions of wager over time, stake alone I have 10+ million.  Anyway, I spoke with Nick from VIP support and he gave me an offer for the transfer, with a wager goal/reward and so on.
What I am still a bit unsure about is the current state of the site. Everything feels a bit rushed (or even cheap) and many things are still missing. There are no originals games, which is a HUGE must have for every site these days. Also, some functions that are advertised are still not available, for example the banana points -> coins conversion. Also, having no weekly/monthly rewards might also hurt them since that's what people expect these days and what makes other sites successful.

Hopefully for them they get this all sorted out soon cause up until now I think is not enough to attract serious players.

Noted on this. I just hope everything will be fixed ASAP since it’s already 3hrs now since I initiated my withdrawal. I’m expecting a quicker withdrawal that’s why I preferred polygon but it gives me the opposite when I use ERC20.

We investigated the issue further with our payment provider and found that there was an automated control in their system that could occasionally hold certain transactions for additional processing due to an erroneous system trigger. Unfortunately, your transaction was affected by this, along with only one other transaction we've seen experiencing the same issue.


That function has now been **disabled**, and withdrawals are back to being processed normally, with transactions generally being processed and broadcast within approximately **5 minutes**.

As an apology for the inconvenience and the time you spent waiting, we're also going to add **$20 to your SCORAS account as compensation**.
