Very unprofessional behaviour from the SCORAS team.
I completely understand your point, and I genuinely apologize if this has caused you a bad experience.
We can see that you sent your details via PM, and you are also correct that our original post stated that PM was an option.
However, we have since asked users to post their username and User ID directly in the thread. The main reason for this change is the amount of bonus abuse and multi-accounting we have experienced. Moving forward, we need to maintain a clear track record of all bonus claims so we can properly check previous claims and prevent people from repeatedly claiming the promotion through multiple accounts.
I believe our support team also mentioned to you in your previous conversations that you needed to make the post in the thread. I understand that this may have been confusing because the original instructions allowed PMs, and that's something we should have communicated and updated more clearly on our side.
We have already had more than 60 people participate in and receive this bonus without any problems. That's also why I genuinely feel sad seeing the situation presented like this, because there is absolutely no intention from our side to avoid crediting a $20 bonus or not fulfill what we promised.
At the same time, I understand that your experience is your experience, and if you have been waiting longer than expected, you're entitled to point that out.
As of right now, however, I can still see that you have not posted your SCORAS User ID and BitcoinTalk username in the thread. Please simply make the post. Once you've done that and we can verify everything, we will credit your account.
Regarding your concern about future withdrawals, please don't compare the processing of this promotional bonus with withdrawals. This delay relates specifically to manually verifying promotional claims and preventing abuse; it is not related to the processing of player funds or withdrawal times.
Again, I'm sorry for the confusion and that your first experience with us has resulted in you feeling this way. We certainly don't want that.
Regarding the comment about SCORAS being operated by "2 or 3 people": definitely not. 😂
SCORAS is not a four-man operation either. If you actually knew how many people are working behind SCORAS across management, support, payments, compliance, marketing, technology, casino operations and the other areas required to operate the platform, I think you would genuinely be surprised.
A casino isn't run by the same person answering support tickets, processing promotions, managing payments, checking risk, integrating providers, running marketing and developing the platform.
We completely accept criticism when we've made a mistake, and we're not going to pretend we're perfect. We're still improving things constantly. But in this particular situation, we've successfully credited more than 60 participants already. Your claim is outstanding because the required forum post still hasn't been made.
So please make the post.
Make the post in the thread, and we will take care of your bonus.
They send a few promotional messages every day, although I don't read them. I only open an email when the subject line says bonus.
We completely understand this feedback.
We currently have many different promotions running, and naturally we want our players to know when something new is available. However, we also understand that receiving too many promotional emails can become annoying rather than useful.
Anyone who doesn't want to receive promotional emails is of course welcome to unsubscribe at any time. There is absolutely no requirement to receive marketing emails in order to use SCORAS.
That being said, we're not simply going to tell everyone to unsubscribe and leave it at that. Several members have mentioned the frequency, so we're listening. We are going to reduce the number of promotional emails being sent moving forward.
There’s tons of bonuses on scoras if you will browse your bonus cabinet. I think they always introduce a new deposit bonus even if you still don’t claim your bonus.
Same as you, I’m a bit overwhelmed on this bonus notification not only through email but also on the casino push notification since it’s already too much for me that doesn’t claim this bonus.
Exactly, and this is good feedback for us.
We want to continue having plenty of promotions available, because many players genuinely enjoy them. But having a lot of bonuses available doesn't mean we need to send an email or push notification every time something happens.
So we're going to lower the frequency. And again, anyone who prefers not to receive promotional emails at all is completely welcome to unsubscribe.
If you are facing annoyance with those promotional emails, then you shouldn't click or tap on "No, Thanks" button every time when I open an account on a new casino my first task is to disable their promotional message or not to subscribe to their notifications.
Yes, exactly. Players who don't want promotional communication are always welcome to unsubscribe.
At the same time, we're taking responsibility on our side as well. If multiple members are telling us there are simply too many emails, then we should adjust the frequency rather than ignoring the feedback.
So that's exactly what we're doing.
There are several people raised already a concern towards being bombard by lots of emails and they didn't like it. So for Scoras to avoid disappointing their players, much better to minimize that email sending because its not really good to flood the email of their user, since they will just end up ignoring it.
Agreed.
The amount of promotional emails will be lowered.
We appreciate people pointing these things out because we're actively using the feedback from this thread when deciding what needs to change.
And since we're talking about feedback, I also want to give everyone here a little preview of what's coming.
Over the coming weeks, SCORAS will be receiving a MASSIVE update.
We've been collecting feedback from this thread, our players, support conversations and our own internal testing. We've gone through the suggestions one by one, and I would say we've agreed to implement around 99% of the reasonable feedback we've received.
This isn't going to be a small visual update.
We're working on a significantly expanded sportsbook, with roughly 10x more sports betting/prediction markets available.
We're adding a lot more casino games and expanding the overall game selection.
We're also preparing a much more thought-out VIP system. We want VIP at SCORAS to feel like an actual progression and loyalty system rather than simply putting a badge next to someone's account.
Leaderboards will also be introduced as part of what we're building, alongside additional features and improvements that have repeatedly been requested by the community.
A lot of you have been following SCORAS since we first arrived here, and you've seen us make changes continuously based on feedback. Even the community has pointed out how many updates we've already made since establishing ourselves on BitcoinTalk.
So keep the criticism, suggestions and ideas coming.
We genuinely read them.
Some things obviously require development time and can't be changed overnight, but if something makes sense and improves the player experience, there is a very good chance it's already on our list.
The SCORAS you see today is not going to be the same SCORAS you see a few weeks from now.
Mojo has been busy. 🐒🍌
