I've seen quite a good number of reviews and feedback here in this thread and this post is  just enough to summarize that SCORAS is doing a great job. Well done Scoras 👏. I'm glad you guys are taking customers' reviews seriously and making the relevant changes to things that need fixing or updating.  So far I've been enjoying myself on your platform except for a slight delay in withdrawal which i understand the cause, and I can't wait for the new update to be live so all these bugs are removed entirely for the absolute best user experience.

A whole fucking 45 ETH 😢, that's some crazy mistake and I think the management should be careful as you have said because even though the transaction was huge and might have been likely spotted by their system the case would have been different if such mistake was made for a figure way less like probably 4.5 ETH or even 4 ETH.

Mistake can happen from any angle and you are not to be blamed at all for this because it was never a mistake from your end.
They find out and they blocked your account LoL. This is funny to assume why they blocked your account but it's okay that they did that so that you can have an explanation to tell the team and that must have been triggered by a bot that is responsible for checking irregularities on the casino.

Oh!!! That's a very huge amount.

Very clear that the reason for this mistake was that the workload for the Scoras team is extremely high, as they might be new to the system, and they are also working tirelessly to upgrade so many things on their website. From what I've observed so far, there are few complaints about Scoras, but they are making sure to sort things out and also make them perfect for their players' future experience. I think Scoras will not make such costly mistakes in the future.

This would never happen. Casinos don't process big withdrawals like this without any repercussions, especially not new and smaller sites. So even if it went to some random person a check would have brought the facts to light real quick, no worries. All sites double check everything if you are in profit, that's what a risk department is there for.

I made a withdrawal from my account on SCORAS. I did received the compensation payment of 60$ received on my account as payment for the signature campaign.



Click Withdrawal, Select BTC on my account...

Put the account on USD =$60 and then put on the my segwit BTC address...

No confirmation or something.. It just went straight for pending withdraw, that just means it was an automatic conversion on USD to BTC?

It just feel illegal since the withdrawal process was so smooth to me

Maybe this is their system's defense mechanism. This signature payments are Mark as compensation so maybe they have set up a system like this where when a staff member makes a mistake and writes too much compensation (such as above a specific amount), the system automatically temporarily blocks that account.

You could get better idea if there is no mechanism for mistake like this:

I also experienced something totally different, but mine was not as critical as yours that was why I was able to resolve it myself without asking for help from the team.  Also, I don't know if it's possible to withdraw USDT through the BSC (BEP20) chain and you end up receiving BNB instead of USDT, because I was credited BNB, instead of USDT when I initiated a withdrawal through the BSC (BEP20) chain.  Anyone who understands how these things work should enlighten me more.
