Okay guys, I think I owe everyone a proper reply here — and especially an explanation about the now legendary 45 ETH incident. 😂

First of all:

YES. IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED.

Someone was supposed to receive $45.

Instead, somebody on our side apparently woke up that morning and decided:

"$45? Nah. This gentleman deserves 45 ETH." 💀

I don't know whether to call it a payment mistake or the most aggressive VIP upgrade in SCORAS history.

For approximately five minutes, we apparently went from:

"Thanks for participating in the campaign!"

to:

"Congratulations, you now own part of the company." 😂

And yes, before everyone says it:

This is embarrassing as hell.

There is absolutely no professional explanation that makes accidentally typing 45 ETH instead of $45 look intelligent.

Someone on our team basically looked at forty-five dollars and said:

"Needs more zeros."

Thankfully, the important part is that our security/risk system did exactly what it was supposed to do. When a completely abnormal withdrawal was attempted, the account was automatically stopped and reviewed.

So to everyone saying:

"Imagine if he withdrew it!"

Trust me...

Jokes aside, obviously this should never have happened. It was a human error, we caught it, the system prevented the abnormal withdrawal, support resolved the situation quickly, and the correct USD amount was credited.

Yes, the withdrawal system is intentionally very smooth. Some of you have already noticed how quickly withdrawals can move through the system.

However, I actually agree with the feedback about having a final confirmation screen before submitting a withdrawal.

Smooth is good.

Smooth enough to accidentally send crypto to the wrong address is not good.

So this is exactly the kind of small UX improvement we want people to keep pointing out.

And as ImGenius correctly mentioned, if a withdrawal is still cancellable, you can go into your withdrawal history and use "Get a refund" to cancel it.

But PLEASE check the network and wallet address carefully before submitting.

We have already had enough payment adventures this week.

Regarding USDT/BSC and receiving BNB

We've seen the discussion about selecting a withdrawal network/asset and receiving another supported asset.

We'll make this clearer in the new cashier so users understand exactly:

Put the account on USD =$60 and then put on the my segwit BTC address...

You can withdraw without any confirmation until you enable 2FA. The confirmation message will not give you any extra benefit because you will not double check the popup when you go to withdraw. If you have a double check mentality then you will cross check before clicking the withdraw button. And if you feel risky then you enable 2FA it can clear your confusion. I have played casino games on many casino platforms and I have not seen regular popup notifications on them when withdrawing so this seems like a normal process to me.
