I am just coming across this update now, although when I tried to visit scoras website earlier I noticed the redirection and when I tried logging in it took me to a reset password and a new ID.

How come you were redirected to their new site when you visited it without attempting to reset your password? I hope I'm not mixing things up, because I was not redirected when I visited their site earlier today after we were notified to reset our passwords and update our new signature, because they has been adjusted.  However, this new site looks more presentable than the previous one, I don't know if anyone feels the same way.

They should follow the instruction given, since what people need is to reset their password then they are fine to use their account.

Also there are some changes happened including their ID in Scoras that's why participants need to submit new one to the manager.

Instruction is so simple and if you visit their site now, their site UI and interface became more smoother. The migration they made is good although there are small things need to fix like crediting the balance left by their users in their account before those updates happen.

I just visited the new platform and I’m not sure if you have introduced any changes to the design, but I have just one remark regarding what I have seen. Although the overall design looks nice, the banner and the original games icons on the top of the page (on mobile) use exactly the same colors and theme, with the black background, it looks like one large flat image/banner rather than dfferent elements. To be honest, it’s not very pleasant to the eye (but that’s just me!).

Hmm, bit strange the way you handle things. I mean why do people have to message you for missing amounts. If player's account got migrated, why not the funds and the VIP level and what not?

This time I hope I can go through the process like before, but I have a question for you.

That you didn't mention any wager requirement in your bonus program thread, So, is there no wagering requirement? Is it possible to claim the $30 bonus by depositing just $100,

or is there a wagering requirement?
And if so, is it on the deposited funds or on the bonus fund?

I've had a good experience on the platform before the update . Might have 1 or 2 issues but nothing that wasn't resolved super quick and happened to other users too from what i can tell in the comments above .

However since the migration and new update happened I've made 2 deposits of small amount , 5$ and 8.50$ . Both of them didn't arrive after now receiving over 1000 ETH ERC20 Confirmations . I was told by the support that the amount is too low and that's why it wasn't detected. Weirdly enough the deposit page shows minimal deposit to be 1$ minimum. Haven't had that happen on other casinos yet whether i did 2$ or 4300$ deposit . Will see if it gets resolved in the future .

I don't think that has anything to do with how the payment are processed because I have withdrawn from the new platform and my withdrawal arrived just on time as the previous system.

I think this new update is not bad at all, maybe have some flaws as it's just still fresh on the stage of migration probably a whole lot of things might be added to make this new site stand out for good, although am quite pleased with the upgrade, the site loads faster now with no lags on my end.

Yeah, it's sounds like a similar promotion bonus like the bonus they used to start their journey on this forum.

But the fact is here the deposit is not only the 20$; it is 100$ quite bigger than the previous one, and that is why I asked if maybe there are any changes to the rules? Like in this case, they could required the wager requirement on the bonus amount?

That’s true. They introduced some interesting updates as they announced earlier and I’m confident that they will keep working on improving their casino based on users’ feedback and suggestions. You can see how active the OP is and how detailed his replies are and this proves that they are truly committed to this project and that they will do everything, including adding new features as requested by the community, to make it succeed.

Also this is what I really like about them, aside that OP is so active. Their support is so active to.

I have an issue regarding on migration earlier. First I cannot see the balance I left on my account, the second one is after finishing forgetting my password later on I can't access my account. Their support step up and help me solve my issue.

Now everything is fine and didn't experience any troubles.

It is all fine in my end, it is possible that there is a problem with your ISP. If you are using a VPN, try another location, or disable the VPN and try to access the site again.  You can also consider that the cookies expired, there are lots of possibilities  and one of them can be your region being restricted.

You can try to open the site in incognito mode or disable some extension that is possibly interfering with your site access.  Or use another browser.  I have a problem with login dialog box and is fixed when I use another browser.

The website is slow loading but I manage to access it just now. It’s either due to your ISP like what the user stated above or the casino updated their ToS and restrict the access from your IP.

If you have VPN or DNS changer app maybe you can use it to try accessing the casino website and check the accessibility. Then access the casino support to raise your concern if the problem persist.

It should be just https://www.scoras.io/ while you are accessing different website with “296” on the name which I have no idea if an official mirror link or not.

Try accessing on scoras.io only and see if you can access the site already.

If you are still getting redirected just delete cache and cookies and this won't happen anymore. They wrote about this and even i was redirected to this site before following this instruction. After that there was no more redirecting and it goes directly to scoras.io without any issues.
