Could you explain in what currency and network you made that withdrawal. Five to ten minutes is genuinely great if the withdrawal was made in the bitcoin network which means the casino paid a higher fee so that the transaction got confirmed in the mext block.

After the casino upgrade, I created an account two days ago and I remember there is a glitch that doesn't show the deposit address for some cryptocurrencies. I’m using an ios device. I tried it on different browser like chrome, safari and brave but all show same fit size since that left menu can’t be closed and open by default.

When I’m trying to close it, there’s a small popup indicating “collapse left menu” but it’s not clickable and it’s just disappear when I click it.

Currently, I manually adjusting my screen using the zoom feature of browser but everything turns small including the text just to have the full view.

It's got to be something iOS-specific or a bug that happens on tablets. On the Windows desktop machine I am currently on, collapsing and expanding the left-side menu works just fine on both Chrome and Firefox. I can try it on other browsers as well, but I think it's enough proof if these two function as they should. I also tried it on my Android phone. The UI looks different and we don't have the exact same left-side menu. However, the button that is available and provides greater access to game categories works.

The network I used to generate a deposit address was bitcoin network. I won't send anything before contacting support because I didn't get the deposit address at first place. For a new comer, I think he won't bother himself contacting the support if he would face such a glitch.
