They should maximize efforts and fix these errors quick and early.
From what has happened so far, they are very quick with fixing things as well as product and feature developments. I have no worries about their ability of doing things quickly and I see so far so good. Toward the future, they already revealed that they have ambitious upgrading plans for their site and they have been doing that recent days but it has yet completed entirely.
They are building up their business and its reputation as far as I can see. They are quite productive but along the way, there are hiccups and not everything is smooth. They are improving based on what I witnessed but surely to become a bigger and more trusted business, there are many things Scoras team need to do in the future.
Thank you for the fair assessment. We completely agree that there are still things we need to improve, and that is exactly what we are working on.
We have made a huge number of changes in a relatively short period, including migrating SCORAS to an entirely new platform. Naturally, there have been some hiccups along the way. What matters to us is identifying those problems quickly, listening to the feedback from the community, and getting them resolved.
Regarding withdrawals specifically, I have now allocated a member of our staff to check the payment systems and processing tools every 30 minutes to make sure everything is being processed correctly.
It is also important to clarify that normal player deposits and withdrawals have already been largely automated. The part that was being handled manually was the signature campaign funds, because those funds required manual review and approval before being released.
At the same time, we are currently integrating our new payment system through TheDex. This will give SCORAS a much broader selection of supported cryptocurrencies and networks and provide us with a stronger overall infrastructure for processing crypto deposits and withdrawals.
Our objective isn't simply to fix the current issues. We want to come out of this upgrade with a significantly better crypto payment system and get back to the very fast processing times our users previously experienced.
We appreciate the positive words as well as the constructive criticism. There is still work ahead of us, but a lot has already been accomplished, and we will keep pushing forward. 🍌
I already wondered when this move would come actually. Sure, a sig campaign plasters your logo and links throughout the forum several times a day but since the site is not ready for traffic or gameplay really (my opinion) it doesn't make sense for advertisement like this, at least now of course. I would rather put resources (time and money) into fixing the issues on hand so that the journey can finally start off.
When even impatient campaign members complain about waiting times for the payment withdrawals that's nothing you need right now. There are more important things to fix, right? You can always restart the campaign once you guys are ready so yeah, I totally agree that pausing is the way to go here.
AHOYBRAUSE, we understand your point, and we also understand the broader feedback you have been giving us.
You have given us quite an extensive list of feedback and suggestions by now — probably around 20 different points — and please understand that none of those points are being ignored. We are going through them one by one and looking at what needs to be fixed, improved or implemented.
Some things obviously take longer than others, particularly after moving an entire casino and sportsbook onto a new platform, but we genuinely take the feedback seriously.
At the same time, I hope we can try to keep a little bit of positivity around what has already been accomplished as well, rather than focusing exclusively on everything that hasn't been completed yet.
Constructive criticism is absolutely welcome, and many of the suggestions from this community have already helped us identify things that we can improve. But there has also been a substantial amount of work completed in a very short period of time.
Regarding the signature campaign specifically, this is exactly why we decided that temporarily pausing it was the sensible decision. We can put those resources and our attention into the platform and make sure everything operates the way we expect before pushing additional advertising.
I also want to make one thing very clear because I think there has been some confusion around the withdrawals from campaign participants.
The signature campaign funds were different from ordinary player withdrawals. Campaign funds required manual approval before being released. Normal player withdrawals have largely been automated.
We have now gone one step further and allocated a staff member to check the payment and processing tools every 30 minutes to make sure everything is moving correctly and that anything requiring attention is picked up quickly.
On top of this, we are currently integrating TheDex as our new payment system. This is an important upgrade for us because it will give SCORAS access to a much broader range of cryptocurrencies and networks while improving our overall crypto deposit and withdrawal infrastructure.
So yes, we agree with the basic point: let's get everything running the way we want it, continue fixing the remaining issues, and then we can always restart the signature campaign when the time is right.
And again, AHOYBRAUSE, we have seen your suggestions. We are going through them. Even when we don't immediately respond to every individual point, that doesn't mean it has been ignored.
Yes Withdrawals should be made much faster. This is a sensitive thing, and most of the time when users do not receive their funds quickly after making a withdrawal, they start to worry whether they will actually get their funds or not. Although they will eventually receive the funds, the fact that this thought came to their mind can make them change casinos. I think a fast withdrawal is a symbol of trust for a casino.
We completely agree with you.
Fast withdrawals are extremely important, especially in crypto gambling where users naturally expect transactions to move quickly. Even if somebody knows that their withdrawal will ultimately be paid, having to wait unnecessarily creates uncertainty. That is not the experience we want SCORAS users to have.
This is exactly why we are putting additional resources into the payment infrastructure now rather than simply accepting slower processing times.
As mentioned above, we now have a staff member checking the payment tools every 30 minutes to ensure everything is processing correctly.
We are also currently integrating TheDex, which will give us a much broader selection of supported cryptocurrencies and networks and improve the infrastructure behind both deposits and withdrawals.
The goal is not just to solve a temporary problem. We want to build a payment setup that is faster, broader and more reliable going forward.
And once again, normal player withdrawals are largely automated. The manual processing discussed previously primarily concerned signature campaign funds because those required manual approval.
Withdrawal speed is absolutely a matter of trust, and we understand that. Our target is to get back to the lightning-fast crypto processing our users experienced before and, with the new payment infrastructure, ultimately improve beyond that.
Thank you to everyone who continues giving us feedback — positive or negative. We are reading it, working through it, and improving SCORAS step by step. 🍌
