Having a degree and being a business person are all good but if you ask me I will consider the both because I will make sure to have a degree and still have business and trust me you can be chasing your degree while still on business and degree sometimes help individual thinking to expand which will reflect in the business.

Honestly, owning a business without education can be very challenging. You can comfortably run a business if you are educated than when you have no indepth knowledge of what you are doing.
When you look round the world, you will see successful business men, and most of them are well educated, they didn't just jump into doing business, but they became successful do to the level of education they have acquired. For instance, we have the likes of Elon musk, Jeff Bazos, Bill Gate, Mark Zuckerberg etc. These are business men, and are all educated, and their level of knowledge, and education is what sets them apart from the ordinary business men.

I don’t totally agree with this quote, because I know for sure that there are people who for don’t have a degree and are doing very well in their businesses.
To have a degree is totally different from having knowledge for a business, you can have a degree and still not have the knowledge for the business you want to go into, so these are two different things. A degree will give you an edge, it equips you with some certain skills an educated person will have which will also help in your business and it helps in networking for your Business. So not being educated is not a guarantee you won’t be successful in any business but it is also good to be an educated business owner.

It seems that’s indeed the case, because ultimately everyone’s circumstances and situations are bound to differ from one another. So, there may be those who  can prioritize a bachelor’s degree for example, because they already have a family business waiting for them to manage once they graduate from college. Or there may be situations where someone is truly starting from scratch but wants to prioritize their education, even if it means sacrificing a few years to focus on their studies. and in fact, there are even those who’ve successfully built a business while still attending college, managing to do both at the same time. On one hand,, they’ve successfully built their business and on the other, they’ve also earned a bachelor’s degree. but succeeding at both at the same time is extremely rare. Usually, one has to be set aside first, and one must prioritize one over the other.

Some people prefer starting business over getting a degree because they see a degree as a waste of time and waste of money. There are many countries where people tried their best to get a degree and at the end they end up working under someone who does not study or get a degree, and all that happens because of the bad leaders. In my country, thousands of students graduated every year and only ten percent of them were employed, which shows that the government did not value their education.

Some people believe that the money they will spend get a degree and become unemployed should be use to start a business where they can earn more than what the degree will provide them, and to be honest, i did not blame them. Although education is very important because you must have knowledge and know how to read and write, as a business owner you must know how to read and write because there may be challenges you will face that education can help you.

Because a degree is no longer what it used to be. You don't understand how difficult universities were in history, and how most of them are easy these days. This has created a very big supply of people who have degrees and reduced the value of a degree, even if it comes from a prestigious place. Let me give you some example of the difficulties of the modern world. Since there are so many universities and many are quite easy to get degrees even in different sciences, people who recruit do not have the knowledge or time to properly understand their value. Some universities are much harder than Harvard and will produce graduates that have significantly better knowledge and skills than Harvard graduates, but because they don't have the international character or reputation a hiring staff member in a company will not know this, and they might not even invite the other person to an interview but they would invite the Harvard person. So when you have so many applicants coming from so many universities with the same degree and title, your accomplishment and the use of the degree has lost a lot of its value. In the old times if you had a degree from a good university you would get hired instantly because that meant you were very capable and could deal with hard challenges, there were no 3 rounds of interviews or stuff like that. These days some universities are like high schools of the old days.

In today's society, what do they get by earning a degree? Every business has to some extent a level of experience, knowledge skill to archive.

To get a degree, you have to spend guaranteed 3 to 4 years at the University. After that, you have to get a Master's degree, which lasts one to two years. Then if you want Phd, add more years and do you think now you are ready for anything? No, you need to gain experience and start from scratch and slowly move up in your corporate job. Who loves this kind of things? Only a few amount of people while the rest of the people are forced to follow this ladder. That's why it's better to have your own business and earn money yourself. You are your own boss at least and you are doing your own job, which means that working overtime only benefits you and your company and not your boss and his/her company.

I think that education is essential for human development. The more educated a person is, the more he can improve and education never holds people back. When a person is educated and well-educated, he can establish a good business if he wants. And when an educated person becomes an entrepreneur or establishes a good business, that business becomes successful quickly. An educated person will make a business successful through his various skills, but a less educated person will not be able to make a business successful compared to that educated person. So I think that education is necessary in any field. Without education, nothing can be done well. But by earning a degree, you can get a good job. Many people are earning big degrees and creating good positions in business and commerce, while many are sitting unemployed after earning a degree.

In my opinion, those who have earned a degree and started business and commerce have made very good decisions and are very intelligent, and those who are waiting for a job after earning a degree and are not able to do anything are behaving like fools. Everyone doesn't have the same objectives and goals. Some person will prefer to go to the university,get a degree and then start job hunting while some others would just prefer to start a business,as the business is growing they might use some of the money from the business to get degree. I have seen business owners who are running their businesses and the same time going to school(university). These people are not going to school because they want a degree to get a better job but instead they needed a degree attached to their name and to be fluent in their communication skills to improve their businesses.
