First of, do you have a digital skill? If you have a digital skill, you can create a thread on the service board introducing your self and the service you can offer, put you previous works if any. If someone sees your services and needs it, then you can charge them for it, possibly that's how you can earn.  However, if you do don't have any digital skill, you need to work on your self first.

You can sell your services if you know some skills that are in high demand in the market. For example, Web development, AI prompt engineering, Game Development, graphics design. Some of the related tasks in this forum are ANN Design, Signature Design. Although there are some skilled users to do these and their services are already very popular.

You can open a service thread in the Services Board with the digital skills you have. This can help you find your clients.

I've been on the forum for a couple of years now and I can't remember seeing any campaigns for jr members but most of them instead participate in bounty campaigns but the pay is way smaller. My advice for you if you are a genuine newbie is try to learn how the forum works and you'll grow gradually.

Just make sure you are not focusing on making money else you'll either get frustrated or banned eventually because you'll be looking for ways to cheat and exploit the system instead of contributing and learning.

Let me basically put it this way, consider every niche or ecosystem you'll want to offer your service as saturated and the only way you're gonna actually get good jobs here is to build your reputation so regardless you'll still need to stick around understand the forum and most importantly be honest about your intentions.

I have a design service on the forum and the fact is your job influx depends on your reputation and just like on other freelancing platforms it comes from the quality of your worktop that's pretty much it.

If you have am actual skill that you want to market here, you can do that at any rank, even better to start early and build a reputation for yourself there. Visit the service section and make a detailed thread on that. Also check related services and how they operate, that can give you an idea on how you can get visibility from your target audience. You should also read and follow the forum rules while at it.

If you are looking to learn a skill, that is not the purpose of the forum,  but you can connect with experienced users in that niche, get resources from them and learn more.

If your purpose is to earn, which is not bad, unless you approach it the wrong way, there two ways to earn;

• If you have some skills, you'll list your skills in the service board, people will ask for your services, you deliver and charge them for it. This is the easiest way to earn irrespective of your rank.
• Enrolling in a signature campaign; this is the most popular way to earn here but not available for your rank. You'll have to rank up to atleast full member. Some years back, yahoo used to be the manager that opens slot for member ranks, but I rarely see that gesture now.

Read, learn, and try it. If you are not comfortable to starting your new chapter to grow in Global, you can starting in your local board. I see you are active in Pakistan board, you can start there after you learn the most early steps you should know as newbie by reading the guidelines thread.

You didn't specify the kind of skills you have or you want to improve on. You can acquire several skills from this platform and outside here. You can use the search option to locate helpful information in your areas of interest. A few members have explained ways you can make some extra income here. Let me add that you could win prizes if you are skillful in arts. There are usual art competitions like the Bitcoin Pizza, Punking carving, and the Roobet art competition. You can search for them and know when they start. Nevertheless, your focus shouldn't be on how to make money for now. You need to gain knowledge about the crypto space so that you can contribute positively to discussions.

But according to the Jr Members of the forum, you will not get any work, but one brother has already said that if you are skilled in the digital aspects of the forum, then you can open a thread on that subject and talk about all your digital skills there. If someone in the forum thinks you are needed, then you can earn some money through that. But from my point of view, instead of running after money, first be aware of all the rules and regulations of the forum and keep working accordingly so that you can increase your knowledge and also help others. Don't get discouraged and move forward slowly, you will definitely get success, remember that good knowledge always helps people reach their destination.

The biggest asset here is your networking skills. The better you network, the more you will learn and the more rewards you will receive as an output of what you know.

@OP, start reading with the stickied threads on this section of Beginners and Help. If you don't understand that yet, they're the threads that are on the top of the topics that you can click. Because each of it contains helpful guides and information where you can learn a lot and then when other people comes by here and you have an idea of what they're asking through those threads, you'd be helpful. And that's how you'll rank up(next is member rank) when you're helpful because other members can merit the post or help that you did. Because most campaigns won't accept jr.member - member rank, so aim to become full member and read the guide stickied on the Services section Signature Campaign Guidelines (read this before starting or joining a campaign) if that's what you're intended to think of. But if not, and you're looking to an actual work from the forum, I think the better place is to go to freelancing sites instead.

Work? Take your time to learn, build your knowledge, and develop skills that can eventually lead to a job or other income opportunities. Your current forum rank (Jr. Member) isn't the deciding factor, as long as you build a good reputation and can demonstrate valuable skills, opportunities will come.

I don't know the kind of work exactly that you are talking about but I think that you should use this early days you have in this forum to familiarise yourself with how these forum works. Learn how to make constructive posts and join discussions reasonably. If you focus on work, you  will get distracted and may not learn the things you are supposed to have learnt now in the future when you are already in a campaign and thinkng of how to complete weekly quotas. Use the time you gave now wisely.

How conclusive are you to think that OP was referring working to earn money? Because as I can figure through the lines, I think work he meant was to know his position on how to navigate the forum as a junior member.
And at this point I don't know where my advice should be emphasized basically, I also hope you (OP) will learn how to be speak when creating post here and avoid baseless points.

Well as for working to join signature campaigns, you have to work hard on earrings merits and keep posting to increase your activity counts so that you can rank to eligible rank and you can also stay active in the service board just in case there is an open campaign that accepts your rank as a member.
You can also catch some fun in the game and round section on trial if you could win some funds from the casinos.

If your purpose was to rank up here in the forum or just what a jr.member do? you dont need to actually worry about it because no pressure there was no actual thing on how you are going to do things here it's all up to you, you could post all you want, you could ask all you want or replies to anything as long as it has something not just spamming.

You dont need to worry about ranking up since it's still going to be a long way but as long as you are active here you might rank up soon as you get merit a long the way, So mostly I advice most of the beginners to start there crypto journey so that this forum could be useful and they could make this forum as a guide where they xould ask anything if they have a questions or they incounter some problems.

Take your time mate, you haven't gotten to the qualified ranks yet and even if you still do and if you ain't contributing and sharing any meaningful ideas it's possible you still may not be visible. Except you have some skills you wanna offer your service with it to earn some funds then you can use the service board to sell your set skills. Aside from that you have to rather focus on learning at this stage and think of ways you can contribute to add to the existing knowledge in the forum to the extend that you can't be ignored by the community for your contributions.

First, the forum isn't the same as the other working platforms where there are hiring. What we have here are the incentives that are being offered as mentioned by everyone about campaigns.

I think what you need to look at is on how you'll learn more from the forum than to work. Because when you do, even if you're not here and you're into other platforms and working environment, you can apply the knowledge you've gained here.

The best guidance is to become familiar with the forum rules first. Read them carefully and avoid violating them. If your main reason for joining is to earn money, you also need to understand that it takes time. Work by doing what? What is it that you do, and what kind of services did you plan to offer the community of Bitcointalk?

If you have the skills and that what you do is in demand, then it doesn't matter whether you are a Jr. Member or a Legendary. You will find people interested in collaborating with you. However, if you consider "work" being in a signature campaign, then it's a different story. There aren't that many opportunities for Jr. Members in bitcoin-paying campaigns. You will need to collect merits and reach higher ranks. The only way to do that is with quality posts and discussions. Unfortunately, I think there is a big language barrier judging by the two posts you made in this thread. It's not impossible to overcome it, though.
