What the government and organizations should do is one thing and to suit the modern reality is different. Yes, they should do certain things but the fact is that they don't do, so, in such case, you have to adapt the modern time and way of living.

Going far or to obtain a great position in life is not as simple as it seems to be during school days. Everything in this life deal with connections. If you don't know any high rank members you will suffer before you get a job, and that’s even when or if you were able to secure one for yourself. Graduate are lacking the opportunity to secure a job and those with jobs are not willing to work. A lots of those rich kids doesn't like stress and that's why even if their parents provide job opportunity for them they don't take it too seriously. And that's the opportunity that someone is struggling to get and he was unable to. I think progress is somehow the reason why in past it was easier to live, food cost less and times were suppose to be luckiest. In the past many were satisfied what they had. They did not know about what other have. Now everyone wants latest gadget that cost like 1-2 monthly salaries. Everyone wants to travel and enjoy life "like all those people in instagram". It cannot be denied that today's youth are mostly always demanding something bigger. Even though they are still in the early stages of their journey, and with their zero experience, it is clear that they will not be able to get all of that now. So the point is they should just know their place, because basically if they don't enjoy the process well, and they continue to complain about salaries that they think are not too big, I don't think they will become great people.

Because basically, they as young people must learn to be grateful when they have jobs and income, because in other countries millions of people go here and there looking for work. We know for a fact that the government of a lot of countries don't pay attention to the issue of employment that's why the youths seem like they are unproductive but how many Young people can confidently come out to say that they are good at what they studied.

Still on the first point I made, a lot of young people are confused and distracted, this affected them in their learning process and after graduating they become incompetent or almost useless In their field of study, it turns out that they just wasted their time to acquire a degree.
