Bill Gates is the largest owner of farmlands in the United States with about 275,000 acres across almost 20 states

Anders Hulsh Pulverson owns more than 220,000 acres in Scotland at the same time the Crown estate which controls about 615,000.

Shouldn't the poor and average people in the society be bothered?
The poor and average should be bothered? Well this wealthy men are securing asset for future use tomorrow, maybe a land long enough to be used for establishing a factory tomorrow or a land long enough to start land business in the nearest future. Anyone who is Rich does what pleases him provided the money is there, so what can the poor do even if though they have someone to speak for them. Will they tell the rich to stop buying the fucking land?

Do we still need to tell you that land is a valuable asset? Year by year the cost of landed properties are increasing so if you have a lot of money you will see reasons to buy land across every state you wish to own a land. Why will a poor man worry about billionaires buying lands or did he want to buy a land and they told him they're not going to sell to him because he is poor? Billionaires buy lands for a lot of reasons, some of them has already mapped out the kind of projects they want to do on those lands so don't think they are buying to leave it undeveloped forever.

The ordinary people should be concerned because there's a lot at stake here, they might not see the upshots now but in the future, they will see how high it will be to live on the edge. The bigger picture is all been set and we know this influential men are capable and they know how to control the economy with the high purchases of lands, in other words, they make the cost of lands to increase in price and skyrocket to the moon which can no longer be affordable the common man or even middle class only them at the top have the rights to buy.

All this features constitutes to the main reason why the government should fight against this actions which is trying to rise because once it's been dominated, there's about nothing the government can do about it. In that way, there will be presence of high concentration of lands by this wealthy individuals and cooperations and therefore it will violates the rights of individuals proper rights to own a property.

Have you thought about it? The difference in thinking between those who own vast land and a poor person can never be equal. So each person must think from their own place, and if a poor person cultivates a small amount of agricultural land, he can create employment for one to two people. And his hard work can produce crops and meet the food needs of the entire people, so everyone is trying according to their ability from their own place.
So everyone is busy creating employment for everyone, otherwise the people of the world would have become lazy, so every person is working hard to become rich.

The question is, what are the poor and average people doing to buy their own piece of land? How are they spending their time and money?

If they are doing something to leave poverty behind and still don't manage to reach anywhere, then they have a good reason to be bothered, but if they are idle towards life, while only wasting on ephemeral pleasures, then there is nothing to be bothered about, because they aren't even trying to build something solid and long lasting.

I have no sympathy for hypocrites like Bill Gates, but to be bothered about something while doing nothing to change this reality doesn't inspire any empathy too.
Its not fair blaming the poor for there inability of acquiring landed properties and otherwise,  not that the poor do not want a good life for themselves but because they lack the resources to make life easy is just the only reasons they don't buy landed properties as the rich.
One thing i know that is pure and sure is, you cannot get what you cannot afford for yourself,  many poor people love and like acquiring lands but cant afford it because of lack of resources to make it come to reality.
There is a big difference between only wanting/wishing and working towards your goals... If you only blame someone else for your inability, how are you going to move ahead in life?

When you lack resources, you work to obtain them. It's not up to you or me to decide if life should be easy or not. Life is how it is, plain and simple. It's up to us to decide what to do with the time and energy we have under our disposal.

And to lack resources in the present moment doesn't mean it has to be like this forever. Use your energy wisely, and progress must be achieved at some point.

Bothered about what exactly, is it that the land in question  belongs to the said poor or average person and now this men are forcefully buying or taking it away from them? if not, then you shouldn’t be bothered about what this men decides to do with their money. What the poor or average man should be bothered about is how to work hard and make their own money and invest wisely too because I don’t need to remind you that land investment is a wise decision. So I don’t condemn anyone who bought land for investment or farming purposes. That area will be developed, it will also create employment opportunities for people to work, and if it’s for farming purpose too,  then it will sure bring about availability of food and other Agricultural products in the country.
