Land is one of the most appreciating asset that looks common but very important as at when needed, many spend millions in the bank believing its the best place to invest because of the little profit that comes in without knowing any investment done on land gives over two times the invested capital over time.
I still cannot forget the investment my boss did years ago on lands, now this property has gotten to a stage where it has increased to over three times of his invested  capital but he still insists of not selling. The question is can that same capital yield 3 times its initial if stored at the bank, the answer is obviously know.

Why are billionaires buy up lands?


The answer is simple. They use their funds to create poverty for little people. Then, the little people need money to live, so they put their lands up for sale. Then the billionaires buy them the land to increase their wealth so that they can make the little people poorer.

And the cycle continues.

The rich are just fund of investing there funds they see the landed property as an investment plan that would yield a profit in the nearest future and that's why they can't help but buy up and even buy multiple because they see they the values of this lands in the nearest future and so they keep buying, the poor on the other hand becomes very needy and offers to sell off what they have have that can be valuable just to attend to other things that they may be needing. Sometimes this rich do not buy this properties with the intention of oppressing the poor but they buy them because they like taking on every opportunity they get to become more wealthy.

There is no doubt about in today's time land is considered a good and tangible thing.The importance of real land increases when the population business and markets around it are growing so many people prefer to invest their money in land properties.But just because the current price of land has increased it does not mean that it will make a full profit but the real benefit will be when it is sold or it generates income for the future . Land can be a long term investment goal while keeping money in the bank can also easily earn financial profit . Both have their own advantages and disadvantages so it is not appropriate to declare one as better.

Why will the poor be bothered when there are other things they need to be bothered of which is how to increase their income. Can you go and buy a Ferrari when you don't have any funds on you.

Land is a good asset and if it's in a good location, it will increase in value overtime. This is why the rich are getting wealthy because they put their money into assets that will generate passive income for them. A poor man can barely take care of his financial needs because he is broke.

I agree that land is a good investment especially when it is in good location and demand is increasingly high or it grows over time. But main issue is not as simple as poor people focusing on increasing their income or ignoring what other billionaires are doing. Wealth allow them to buy land because they have enough capital to invest and wait for profit to come in return.

While the People who have low income often have to use their money for the basic needs. The advantage of being rich is not that they can invest in asset but that their existing amount of wealth allow them to earn more with it and that cycle repeats in a way that wealth generates more wealth.

On one hand, if I were a billionaire I would try to buy a massive plot of land in a beautiful place also.  You are basically securing your bloodline an amazing asset that will grow in value forever (with a long term view).

On the other hand, you always have to wonder what they know that makes them want to buy a plot of land away from everyone and build a bunker there.

I largely agree with what you said. Land is indeed a great and relatively safe investment because it's a basic necessity that everyone needs.

However, unlike gold or Bitcoin, the value of land depends on location, market demand, and the economic situation. A plot in a prime area can run up big, while another one in an underdeveloped area can sit there for years with barely any price movement. Not to mention maintenance, taxes and other costs of owning rental property, plus market liquidity...

So land can be a great investment, but just owning it doesn't mean the price goes up on its own and you're automatically sitting on profit.

Buying land is a long term and permanent investment nowadays and i think everyone if the person is apoor or much richer as the people u mentioned wants to invest their money so buying land is good option for them and other benefit is that the land become expensive with time. But this can bee concerning for the poor people because when rich people like these buy this much of land so then also prices go up and the other thing is that they buy as a whole so that will be less cost but when they sell these lands inthe form of societies or something like that so that become very expensive.

The rich believe that land is a valuable asset that doesn't depreciate but increase in value over time it's unmovable asset and can't be easily stolen, no physical investment that requires infrastructure that will only be built on air without land usage even with the definition of land he who owns a land own the beneath,and what above within that space you can operate only stock exchange without some physical investment like that of land, for instance Elon musk car and other garjet production are carryout on land before it's lunch on air, second poor people can't make or utilize these land where the productivity is needed for the masses, such as mechanize system of farming that requires all kinds of mechanical equipment or built what will look as tourist attractions to the public them that have the capacity develop those land for better the life of the masses.
