I want to thank everyone here
Slow death,
Obim34,
Franklyn-wood,
panjul07, and
Coyster for digging deep into our Terms of Use and holding us accountable.
You made valid points about the ambiguity around verification phrasing and the inactivity fee clause. Instead of making excuses or keeping those heavy corporate templates, we have taken action and completely removed the inactivity fee clause, along with tightening up our approach to ensure absolute transparency.
Klyroll is designed to be a straightforward, player-first crypto platform, and this kind of community feedback is exactly what helps us stay on track. The updated terms are live now. We appreciate your sharp eyes and look forward to building trust moving forward. 💙
As we noted, our main liquidity and reserve wallets are kept private for security reasons. Rest assured, our operational funds are structured securely behind the scenes. Appreciate you keeping an eye out 😀💙
Can you answer roughly how much you have in liquid bankroll? This is kinda important.
You're right that the term 'No-KYC' has been overused and sometimes misused across the industry, leading to well-founded skepticism especially regarding large wins. Our goal isn't to play word games, but rather to prove through our actions over time that our checks are strictly for risk management, not a tactic for withholding legitimate wins.
Yeah but see this is the problem - too often the "risk management" is simply the risk to the casino's bankroll.
And 95% no-KYC is pretty damn bad for a no-KYC casino. This is like saying the murder capital of the world, Port-au-Prince, Haiti, is a no-murder city, because for the vast majority of inhabitants it doesn't happen. It's just not a correct framing.
Just say you're a KYC casino if that's what you are. No harm, no foul.
You're being torn a bit to pieces in this thread (partially rightfully so), and I recognize it may seem harsh. But recognize the issue you have here - you're proposing a new casino, with no history, no bankroll, and terms that are just "trust me bro, we won't enforce them"
What value are you actually offering here?
Fair points,
negotiation4. You’re right that a new platform can't rely on 'trust me bro' trust has to be earned through actions, not promises.
Regarding the verification and terms: we listened to the community feedback in this thread, re-evaluated our stance, and streamlined our terms to remove those aggressive restrictions. We aren't here to play corporate games or trap player balances.
What value do we offer? A fast, clean crypto experience with instant payouts, zero unnecessary friction, and a team that actually adjusts when pointed in the right direction. We know we have to build our reputation over time, and we're here to do the work.
Can you answer roughly how much you have in liquid bankroll? This is kinda important.
To be fair, i have not seen any new casino make this information public in this forum, kindly share the links with me if there have been any. And it is really no use if OP provides that information without proof of liquidity. My advice is for every player to treat new casinos as a "potential scam" until proven otherwise, what that means is depositing only what they can afford to lose and understand that there is a great risk they'd not be paid if they win a large amount of money.
What value are you actually offering here?
There is really nothing else you can expect from a new casino, the market is already well saturated and that is no fault of the OP. They are well within their rights to start their own platform and try to get users onboard. Same way you are within your rights to be skeptical about what they are offering and ask questions.
Appreciate the objective perspective,
Coyster. You hit the nail on the head.
Treating new platforms with caution is standard and healthy practice in this industry, and we don't expect blind trust. Our goal is simply to build that trust piece by piece through transparent operations, fast payouts, and keeping our word over time.
Thanks for keeping the discussion grounded.
Point 2.7 reminds me of a few days ago when I saw an inactivity fee of $5 per month at a certain casino. Now I'm seeing an inactivity fee again, but this time it's not $5 per month, but 5% per month. As you can see:
https://www.talkimg.com/images/2026/08/04/Uor0PH.pngsource:
https://klyroll.com/en/terms-of-useI wouldn't be surprised if, in a few years, the scam accusation section has many threads created by casino owners charging inactivity fees because members X and Y created accounts and haven't used them for more than 12 months.
This is the same concern you were pointing out in other casino's thread that I responded but seems that you did not read my comment in that thread. I do not want to repeat the whole thing but again you are here missing the last part of the terms. The point you need to understand is that fees for inactive account is charged when the inactive accounts have some balance on it, if you leave your account without any remaining balance then how they can charge you? Do you think that casino will post something in the internet by mentioning the username/email or anything related to the accounts then say to people in the internet that those username/email owe them inactivity fees?
Appreciate you breaking that down,
Bitinity. You hit the exact logic behind how those clauses function in practice it only ever applied to dormant balances, never as some phantom debt or charge on empty accounts.
That said, we've taken the community's feedback seriously and streamlined our terms to keep things as friction-free and transparent as possible.
Thanks for bringing a level head to the discussion.
Interesting name! The ANN presentation could be better though the site design itself is great thanks to a good mix of black and other colors. Big red flag here is that y'all don't possess a proper license and should have waited to get one before launching this site.
Your statement about Costa Rica license etc are just plain words. Also, I suggest removing No KYC from the title. Overall, bad first impressions.
Appreciate the honest feedback,
Haunebu. Glad you like the name and the design.
Regarding the licensing and legal setup: we are currently operating under a standard corporate structure while working through our phased regulatory roadmap. We know it's a common point of skepticism for new launches, and we respect your view on it.
As for the 'No-KYC' title, we stand by the privacy-first, frictionless experience we're providing for routine play, especially given that we just stripped out those heavy verification traps from our terms based on earlier feedback in this thread.
First impressions are tough to flip overnight, but we're here for the long haul to prove ourselves through actions, not just ANN threads. Thanks for chiming in.
