Unless the transaction is BTC ---> XMR, I don't think such fees are appropriate, especially with more reliable and cheaper alternatives with a lower AML output.

Hello dear. After years of operating in private OTC circles, I’m opening my manual swap service to the bitcointalk community. Our service has instant release there’s no waiting.
