Why aren't we betting on women's AFCON?

Many bookmakers don't usually list afcon women games though for many reasons, some may be that the game is not popular and never attract much bettors. Secondly, women games are usually complicated to predict, don't know about afcon women but generally in speaking., results are not straight towards for top team, sometimes top club wins with big goal margin and loss big too against smaller club. It's hard to predict.

There's literally been 13 AFCON games I think and they've won the tournament 10 times that's just beyond crazy. I never had any idea of these statistics until lately. Isn't such kinda teams worth betting more on or is it that casinos barely offer them on the sports list?

Actually in this case I think it is not only specific to AFCON but indeed betting on women's football or even other sports such as basketball still feels low when talking about betting.

Of course there will be bets on this but the interest for women's football of any team will be much less than for men so it's not just about AFCON but for the whole even in this case I'm pretty sure there are still a lot of people even in this forum who never watch women's football even if it's the World Cup.

His players are not as well known as the male athletes in football so there will be a sense of difficulty when forcing a bet.

So lately I've been gotten fed contents about the women's AFCON and honestly it's quite intriguing I must say plus the most intriguing part of it is the Nigerian women's team they've literally dominated the competition for over a decade now. Anyways I'm surprised why the games barely get spoken of.

The real reason is probably because men make up the majority of gamblers and usually gamble only on the sports they actually watch. I am maybe incorrect in thinking this, but in my own library of knowledge men are known to not pay much attention to womens sports as they cannot imagine themselves as the players and intrinsically think that the female sex is not as physically impressive because they already have a stronger male version comparison. And the strength can be seen. I would rather get hit by a ball from a female player than from a male player. That's just biology. Or physics, however you wish to think about it

This is not about AFCON but the entire women soccer not taken seriously by most gamblers because they are mostly very difficult to predict. I have lost some of my bets on women soccer thinking that I can easy predict the outcome of those of their matches since their men games are fantastic to predict. Women games are difficult and the least team could beat the strongest team which is less likely to happen in the men's soccer games. No one is ready to waste their stakes on games they don't know what will be the outcome.

Women football is rarely talked about online and even offline. Even the Women World cup doesn't get that much attention so you can even see that Women Afcon is on the lower end of the attention spectrum. Hopefully it changes in the near future. I know the competition is active but I'm yet to see even 1 minute of it.

Anyway, here's to wishing the super Falcons the best of luck in this tournament. If they go further into the knockout stages, I'll start taking it seriously.

Honestly, I don't think I have ever laid my hands on woman's leagues before, because they are always unpredictable. Even though football entirely is unpredictable, I think the men's leagues are more understandable than the women's leagues. But it's obvious that many bettors bet on them regularly, since gamblers are not always the same.

So I think it's a matter of choice, nothing more than that at all, because winning is the main goal in gambling.

People don’t talk about it, because they don’t really pay attention to women football. Since the competition started, I haven’t watched any of their matches, so I can’t really talk about them because I don’t pay attention to their football. I feel women football is just kind of boring to me, and I can’t just be watching it, I don’t always find it interesting. Super falcons have won the competition so many times, if I can remember so well I think they have won it about 10 times which is really a nice one for them, but I don’t know who is going to win it this year.

Super falcons are really having a good squad, they have the best squad in African, and if they perform well this time around, they should be able to win it again, but from the highlight which I watched, the super falcons defense is not so strong currently.

I don't even have a clue that the women's AFCON is on, I have not for one day thought about scrolling through live score to get updated about how the tournament is going so far. The women AFCON is not talked about that much probably because most people doesn't pay attention to the women's sport because they're more carried away with current happenings in men's football. I ain't gon lie, football is general but it's more like a man's thing because that's where all the fun are and we totally understand what it means for everyone of us to sit down and enjoy football.

Predicting men country matches are very difficult, talk more of women country matches that one is the worst. It is very difficult to predict because a lot of things usually happen.
If a country football team is very inform this year, in the next 4 to 5 years, they may not be informed again because a lot of their top players may have gotten married and stop playing football.

This post only struck me as a reminder that the women AFCON do exist and maybe on. The statistics is accurate but I get to rarely see women football. Even the women world cup hardly interest me because I believe it is less intense and less of suspense as you would find in the male competitions that almost looks like a clash of gladiators.

I don't think it is only women AFCON that people's interest in betting on is low. This happens in almost all women's sports tournaments generally. Gamblers don't take much interest in them to know what the odds are for them. I don't know whether they find women's sports to be less interesting, or whether they are not conversant with their performance due to a lack of interest in them. Whichever one, the interest of people to watch women tournament are not there. That's why it is the way it is, fewer bettors on it.

Maybe it could be that many gamblers don't like watching women football for their own person reasons. But for me, I don't like to bet on women football because they are difficult to predict so I always stick with the men football which is more interesting and popular.

Honestly, the super falcons have been so wonderful in the AFCOn competition,there are the reason why I'm still watching the competition that's because I often enjoy watching their matches. Assuming they didn't make it into the next round I would have stop watching the competition but since they have made into the next round  I will continue to follow up with their matches.
