It would be best to contact cs to resolve this issue. Because you didn't read and follow the casino's TOS properly. Because you are taking completely wrong steps. Yes, these small details would really be that a headache later on at the moment that you do win up some significant amount on which casino platforms would really be having these checks and if it find out that you have violated something then say goodbye into your winnings on which its most likely be locked up. The problem with knowing whether a casino enables VPN or not is that most gamblers don't even bother to go through a casino's terms of service before registering directly or using VPN, if you must access a casino through VPN because of privacy matters or restrictions in your country I think that it is important to atleast know what the stance of the casino is before using VPN. Just because Terms of Service don't say VPN prohibited doesn't mean your account is 100% safe. Many licensed casino use very broad language in their TOS. They reserve right to temporarily restrict or investigate account for suspicious activity, AML/KYC, geolocation verification or risk management. There are also casino that allow VPN. Even if they allow it, you won't be able to use it from restricted jurisdiction. If it is written boldly in the terms of service that gamblers can access the platform with a VPN, then we are free to use it. The casino could be attacked on the service or scam accusation board of the forum. This is because they approved it. Regarding this, I think most gamblers here already know what they should do before using a VPN to access a gambling site. But, some gamblers are simply too lazy to read long explanations, so they end up overlooking important details like this. As a result, they may unintentionally violate the site's VPN policy.

IMO, there's a much easier solution, just contact the support team and ask them about their VPN policy. They usually give a brief and clear answer, and that's the method I often use whenever I need a quick response.

The use of VPN in this kind of situation is not advisable, I have read several kinds of story online like the one I came across last two weeks when a gambler used VPN to bypass the casino restriction although he got full access after the use of VPN afterwards the gambler in question needed to withdraw his win and surprisingly the casino requested for KYC. I don't think op's information is misleading. He already stated that gamblers should always go through the casino's terms and conditions of service since that is the way gamblers can know a casino's policy regarding the use of VPN; different casinos with their different policies. Just as you have said, it is not all casinos that frown at the use of VPN, but certain VPN offences can lead to serious problems which can eventually lead to the closure of such accounts if further investigations are conducted on the account(s) linked to the offence.
