Stake stole $30400 from my account

I am a Diamond 3 VIP on Stake and have never encountered anything like this before. I bet a total of $76,000 on Mariano Navone at 1.40 odds. The bet paid out normally but hours later the money was removed from my account and the betslip was adjusted/voided to 1.00. I contacted support and they refused to make the situation right.

It wasn't just me that it happened to as you can see in the attached image/link below.

Now to state the obvious if I had lost this bet Stake most certainly would not have refunded my money like this. Even if you argue that the odds were incorrect and they shouldn't have to take responsibility for that, they can't just completely void a winning slip. At the very least my winnings should be adjusted to what they deemed to be the appropriate odds at the time of placement. You cannot justify what Stake is doing here at all...this is just pure theft to the tune of up to $30400.

You are pretty funny I must say. Sure the case on hand is very strange but this is now your 2nd scam accusation thread against stake, the first one was in September 2025 when you just hit diamond 1. Heck even your name here is "StakeScam". 
So now you are diamond 3 which means you wagered  around 75 million since your last scam accusation.

Hmm, so a site you call: "Stake has legitimately become one of the biggest scams out there. " sees 75 million wager from you, seems like you started trusting them again before now.

I hope you get your money but I wonder if it's best to finally leave stake for good? If you are good at betting on sports just go to betfair or pinnacle. Better odds and better support for sure.

Your entire post history shows something very strange:

- 13 posts solely accusing and complaining about stake.

- You only created an account on this forum to complain about stake.

But there you are, continuing to play on the stakes platform and continuing to complain about stake, even though there's a clear Terms of Service addressing the issue you complained about, and even though support clarified everything for you. So why do you continue using stake a site you're constantly criticizing? And the strangest thing about all this is that you're betting large sums of money. Who in this world would put a lot of money into a place they don't like? There's something strange about your betting habits

According to the TOS:

Stake can only cancel or amend a bet/wager if the relevant event has been suspended or cancelled, if there was an obvious error on the relevant bet or its odds, if the bet is placed in breach of the Terms or if required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.

This is in point 10 of the Terms of Service, which talks about betting, and you should read it, since you agreed to the TOS when you created your account.

The support team has stated the reason properly to you and also highlighted the terms for taking such action. You can't expect anything more in this case. This isn't about Stake only, all the sportsbooks do the same thing in this type of situation. According to the support, they displayed wrong odds for around 2 minutes and 17 seconds. And you had placed 6 bets on the same line during that moment. Which is interesting.
