We have one of the best logo in this competition and yet our results are one of the worst. Its about time we start taking this seriously but you know we have been taking this seriously all these times and yet it just didnt seems to go our way

We could have won if Arsenal didnt concede, thats supposed to be our first win and of course it was me that let the team down by losing on the betting ticket.

  They will directly qualify to the quarterfinals in case of a draw after 2 knockout games (there will be no penalties).

I wanna ask about this part. Seeded teams means top 8 by the end of group stage right? So that means seeded teams just need to win once out of 2 games ? thats huge advantage

I am happy with 28.30 points I won this time, and  with my 10th position in leaderboard, but I cant stand looking at Mafia in 9th place 
It is crazy to see what Como did in their match with Lens, scoring nince goals against any team in Champions League is not an easy task.

Since we already won for being Team Honest, we decided to also be honest again and return the bribe money that Trotters sent to us,,, our ticket was wrongly graded as won but I do not blame the mafia,,, we lost on the Over 2.5 booking points even though there was 3 yellow cards, one of it was for the manager and therefore not counted.

Seeded teams are top 8, yes. The other part you got wrong though.
It will work the same as in the actual CL - so it will be a sum of results across 2 legs.

If the sum of 2 games is a draw, the seeded team will go through. It's similar to how the 'away goal' rule used to work.

Naturally, if a seeded team wins a game 1-0 and loses the next one 3-1, the unseeded team goes through. The result is then not 1-1, but 3-2.

Hope I explained it ok, and also repeating that the seeded teams will have this advantage only in the first knockout round. After that we will have penalties in case of a draw after 2 games.

Let me congratulate you guys but it doesn’t look scary because we have seen this templates before where a team goes unbeaten throughout the group stages and end up going move in the first knockout stage or later without winning the trophy, is that the Arsenal route you guys wish to take

I understand that you didn’t want to hurt the feelings of Liverpool fans which is why you mentioned Arsenal instead - but Arsenal is doing just fine (a semi-final and a final). It was Liverpool that, in the 2024-25 season, finished first in the group stage only to lose immediately in the Round of 16.

The next round will be intriguing - Como plays AEK at home, if they managed to score 9 goals away against Lens, what will happen in Italy? 
Real vs. PSV and Sabah vs. Barcelona are also matches that give one pause for thought. PSG is playing against Roma, which love to concede a bunch of goals, but with PSG, with their endless rotation, it’s impossible to know who will be in action in a particular game.

I updated the goalscorers yesterday - congrats to Strongkored who scored in every game he's played in so far.
7 players follow him with 3 goals scored, his teammate KTChampions is one of them. Team Globe Earther seems to be on fire at the moment.

notblox1, thanks for the praise even if it is the wrong discussion group . Luck was on my side this week, as it was not in Road to Glory. The Cromorra team is not struggling per se, but is rather not in sync yet. Opponents will fear us when we reach a certain level of team chemistry
