What's the purpose of doing it? Do you mean something similar to the warning messages on cigarette packages? They try to tell people that smoking is dangerous and can cause health problems, and so on. But in fact, people who already smoke don't care about it. They keep smoking. Even people who haven't smoked before and want to smoke, they just smoke.
