My thoughts exactly on playing strategy for Aston Villa. I see them playing a defensive strategy with hopes to counter attack PSG. I wouldn’t expect anything different from them though, PSG is the better and rightly the favorites here, we can expect them to be a lot offensive and are very capable of keeping a clean sheet against Aston Villa.

I do not know how Aston Villa form is right now else i would have say the game will be very tough for them because i can remember few seasons ago where Aston Villa almost knocked Paris Saint German out  of the champions league but regardless, i know Premier League team are always strong so i believe they will give Paris Saint German tough time even if they will lose at the end which we are not certain about that and i can not bet Paris Saint German to win Aston Villa because they can be very funny at times.

PSG have played much less number of friendlies than their opponent so far. Emery's team might be able to catch them by surprise maybe despite the power gap.

We don't have any data about how PSG will start the season officially. They were amazing in the CL in the recent 2 years but let's see... BTTS looks nice to me for this match.

Everyone is just saying that PSG is going to win Aston Villa and they’re going to do it very easily. One thing we should not forget is that football is sometimes unpredictable. I know that PSG is very strong and inform compared to Aston Villa however, we have seen cases were a lesser team end up defeating the stronger one.
Aston Villa is going to put in their best to make sure that the match becomes very difficult for PSG, even though PSG is going to win the match, but it won’t be that easy for them.
I believe Aston Villa has a chance to win this match if they put in their best.

The match will be an interesting one to watch, I’m not expecting anything from any team because I believe any team can win.

Aston Villa would put up a good fight against Paris Saint German but they would not win the Super Cup, especially after the sale of their two star Rogers and Tielemans, this should be a big blow to their performance and I don’t expect to see the usual competitive side next season.

There could only be a competition when there is a standard replacement for the players or even a better replacement. Though their coach, Unai Emery has being the best with his performance,  even at his former clubs so I still have a little expectations from them.

I think the stat we are skeptical of is out of the 10 years of fixture, only 3 of them has ended in three full time, that would bring your bet to a halt if you go for a straight win. Another noticeable thing about this last ten years is that the 3 full time wins has been Real Madrid.

Still with Aston Villa's drop in form from last season, I would have thought they would not be a threat to PSG, but this a new season and PSG for the last two seasons have proved that they can be trashy when the seasons starts.

I'm going to bet on PSG. There is a chance that the bet might lose. But I would let that stop me because there is also a chance that the bet might win. For a team like PSG, we don't usually get to see them at such odds of 1.75 to 1.81 range so I will take the bet. My only hope is that PSG doesn't underestimate Villa and come to play with the mindset that it would be an easy win.

Right now, I'm considering either PSG to win in regulation or PSG to lift the trophy.

Given the amount of uncertainty on both teams, I will wait till lineups are out tomorrow before I place my bet.

I will be favouring PSG to lift the trophy if I may be gambling on this game because they are the clear favourite here, but my concern is that almost everyone is betting on PSG to win, which I believe makes it more difficult for PSG because Aston Villa will want to do everything possible to prove a point. I believe that this winning odd that is 1.82 will definitely shrink to 1.30 or lower from now till the game kickoff tomorrow, if bettors keeps on selecting PSG to win, but we should avoid going all in while betting on this game because if PSG disappoints, it's going to be heartbreaking to many.

If there is any team to win this game then it will be PSG for those going for a straight winning like myself. I have my reasons for saying this and you also have your own reasons too for saying Villa can win the game. I don't see how possible it will be for Villa to win PSG with all those great players and quality they have. Two timea UCL winners.

If we can judge PSG based on their in the preseason performance so far, I don’t think anyone can bet on this team to win the Super Cup tomorrow. The preseason results do not mean PSG will lose tomorrow, everyone believes that PSG has a better squad compared to Aston Villa. I will bet on PSG to lift the trophy tomorrow. After winning the Champions League back to back, I believe PSG will make history by winning the Super Cup again.

I don't have any big predictions about this match. Although nothing is 100% certain and you can never predict what will happen on the field, I think that PSG has a 70% chance of winning this match. I doubt that Aston Villa can do something against PSG. PSG has really a higher quality and is much much better and the odds say that as well. I honestly dont see a way Aston Villa can win this,maybe if they score a goal early they can maybe win. I think Aston Villa will just defend in this match and try and score from a counter attack.

We can't decide the favorite by mere looking at the teams current achievement. Villa could put up a huge surprise if PSG relent in their performance. Aston Villa defying the odd is looking very likely from all indications. To me following bookmakers' odd might not be a wise decision on the long run.
