Strategy is another buy the rumour sell the news, the dude has been announcing his bitcoin sell off for a long time, it's not an institutional move and transactions settled over the counter.
Real institutional move is buying ETF in billions without announcing anything, by the time they filled their bags the price is already going up.

And to add to that, we even don't know if there is a large buy or sell, unless it is being reported by someone who follow large transactions in let's say in X. Everything happens behind our backs, thru OTC. So in the beginning there's not much impact. As compare to before wherein when traders saw large sell orders, they immediately conclude that the market are going to fall and so they panic.

I think we have matured enough that if we see some news about big sells or buys, we shouldn't panic and try to read between the lines. On the other hand, it might be a good signal to us to just continue what we are doing, and that is to accumulate.

The buying or the purchase side of it is the opposite of what happens when micro strategy or institutions sell heavily large sums of bitcoin. In this regard the pressure will shift from market price crashing to creating an upward pressure in price and thereby increasing or boosting investors confidence in the bitcoin market instead of panic sell due to fear of more loses, It gives investors hope of buying continuously knowing fully well that the value is not diminishing instead it’s profitable value is increasing with over time.

We all know that the increase in the price of bitcoin is driven by demand, so large institutional buying usually make the price of bitcoin to increase. The recent upward movement bitcoin has been making since last month until now was because of large institutional buying. I didn't care to take about the buying side of the post because I feel most people here knows that institutional buying influence the bitcoin price to increase.
