What you said should be the first priority if every newbie in this forum because the place is very organized and no matter your aim of joining the forum if you break the rules you will face the consequences of it by attracting some negative tags which won't be good for the reputation of your account. Every board has it's pinned threads and that is the first place to get directions about the board so that you will abide by the rules and regulations of the board and by extension the whole forum. As a newbie it is not a must that you should start a topic unless you actually have something of quality to add or to ask meaningful questions, try as much as possible to make quality posts. First concentrate on boards that you have interest and gradually explore other areas of interest, with time everything will start to fall into place, this is the best place to learn about Bitcoin.

But if you don't have a strong foundation, you can't do anything with just AI. Even our university had started a separate class on AI so that developers can use it very easily and quickly create any of their projects in less time. That means now the world is giving more importance to just idea generation. You will set up a structure and then modify it according to your needs with your fundamental knowledge. This saves a lot of time. But for programmers who have been studying well from the beginning and the basics are strong , the use of AI has become much easier for them, . And thank you for giving me some important info.

That’s correct, but I haven’t seen anyone warning you that if you’re an AI enthusiast, then posting using AI tools is not welcome on the forum. And yes, nowadays a lot of people call themselves programmers after they’ve learned to use AI a little.  we'd like you to put your knowledge and skills to good use on the forum, rather than trying to use AI to deceive people. Just write from your own experience; that’s what people here value most. Also, if you have any useful knowledge, don’t hesitate to share it and help others.

I agree, but the younger generation is very talented and sometimes comes up with certain “jokes” that their parents and adults don’t expect from them. Basic background is needed before even the application of AI, because most people nowadays use AI in so many things including graphic designs once they have little knowledge about it, AI completes it first them, same as web design as so on. Because of AI, many people claim to be professional programmers or web designers once they have basic knowledge because they will use AI to get the job done without passing through the stree they used to pass through in the past.

The OP should have used his programming knowledge to figure out where is the best place to post, or should figure out anything he can do to benefit the forum because programmers always makes new progress to make the forum better.
Nevertheless welcome to this wonderful forum, this forum have its rules, go through them, and feel free to post anywhere you want, it should be quality content that will benefit the forum. I have read the AI ​​guideline. A user has shared the link below in the post. I have visited various boards in the forum where all kinds of discussions are open. Many people like me are asking questions and many are answering them. Since there is an opportunity to discuss all topics, many will benefit from experts sharing their knowledge with people on the topic. And I have spent some time on the technical board of this forum, where solutions to many deep problems are discussed. The topics that cannot be solved by just completing studies. I had originally talked about AI in my previous post because the post to which I replied had originally told me that many people claim to be programmers after learning some coding through AI. I posted a reply in response to that.

I will give an example of a project we had a few days ago. While doing my thesis, we were developing an extension as a team leader and my other 4 friends. That was the anti cheating exam system. If those tools were opened, students could attend the exam online. Where the teacher would provide questions as an admin and accordingly the students would answer the exam on that page. At this time, if that student takes a screenshot by copying or pasting or opens any other tab, those activities will be entered into the database. As a result, it will be possible to easily catch any kind of cheating by the student.

It would have taken us a lot of time to develop such tools if we had tried it completely manually. But since copilot is very easy to use on GitHub and VS code. As a result, coding errors and bugs can be fixed very easily. Even through any command, it was possible to solve various problems in less time and create a project. In this case, our teacher also helped us a lot how coding can be made easier using AI.

I myself have seen some tools on this forum that have been created. A developer has also written that he was able to create it with the help of AI. In such cases, are there too many restrictions in the forum where if someone wants to save time or make their work easier and show their skills by creating something with the help of AI? Because writing something through AI and fixing a coding bug with the help of AI and solving a problem are two different things. Coding is the core of a program. Where the work that needs development has to be done in the way it is done. Whether you do it in a few hours with the help of AI or try it yourself with out help and spend a few days, your work will be the same as you want. This will give them an opportunity to express their creativity. Because after my first post, I am noticing different types of reactions where some have spoken very positively and some have presented it in a somewhat negative way. I am young, I can accept it, no problem. Someone said that if I can show my creativity, there may be opportunities in the future. In that case, maybe I will need more time to understand the forum better. Because I have noticed one thing here, most of the users are very serious and they always try to speak informatively and effectively. I like it very much. Everyone here is probably a productive person who does not have time to talk unnecessarily or waste time.

In my short time, this forum seems quite interesting.

As a newbie you're, I'll also advice you should rest more on the basic discussions that can that guide your paths in the space from the backends that can educate you with better understanding.
Are you also tends to invest in bitcoin, don't forget to store on non custodial wallets and also keep privacy of your seed phrase. Also be adaptable to exercise patient over your investment goal and uncertainty.

First of all, I welcome you to this great community and I assure you that, if you abide by all the rules and regulations here, you will not have an issues with anything you do here, learning what you can be able to learn even from your Local board. Make a self research further and ask reasonable questions in any difficulties area to be cleared more. Also I believed since you studied a computer programing in period of your studies, to me, I don't think you could find it difficult to locate where to post whatever you wants to. Being it bitcoin discussions, economy and technical support board and others. This is just normal machine you can understand each section easily. Well, endeavor to read all the pinned message on each boards you visit and read before posting.

I believed many good members of this community have provided you with a lots of links for some boards to post, so choose your preferable board and move on. I noticed non of the replied members provided you with learning links such as:

It depends on the country he exists in, the standard of education in some developing country isn't as standard as developed countries, most of them teach only theories and less practical, not to mention about online interactions and collaborations. Computer programming as a discipline sounds vague too, it doesn't depict any specialization from him since programming has different areas of competence and career paths. Programming knowledge alone cannot help you become a contributor when it comes to Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies because your technical knowledge about cryptography and blockchain systems needs to be strong for that. If you want to become someone who is good on the technicalities of Bitcoin and other systems then you will need to gain a lot of technical knowledge. You can find a lot of technical posts and information on this forum as well in the technical discussion section.

Learning about the forum in general is not that difficult if you ask me. All you have to do is spend more time exploring all the different sections and reading through different threads. I don't know it is really related to OP's need but because you posted about forum software, I would like to share a little bit more information about it.

This forum has 3 big hacks in its history, and because of such security accidents, theymos spent his time to programm the forum sofware, make it more secured, then he hesitates and does not want to change to newest version of SMF forum software. Even there are complaints and requests from forum community to change to newest SMF versions, theymos does not do that.

None of these ideas are new to me. Even if I don't respond to suggestions, I do read them, and they float around in my mind going forward. If it's not already done, then there's some reason why. A big possible reason is that I'm the only person who does development on the current code, and my time is limited. Another big reason is that this is a huge forum with complex dynamics, and even small policy changes can have big effects which need to be thought through very carefully.

Since your main goal is to invest in bitcoin then you have to work towards it.Then if you’re looking for where to make comments,I would recommend you read more in this beginners & help board and also visit the Meta board in other to be aware of the rules,because when you don’t know the rules and the how the system is in a forum you might likely violate them and it’s often said that ignorance isn’t an excuse.Then again you said you have knowledge in the tech field,that same energy can go into the tech board but you also have to learn more about the crypto tech field because it’s quite different from the regular tech field.Lastly,I would recommend you to avoid projects that are too good to be true in other to remain interested in the crypto space.

In your first post you talk about 2 different things, that you want to get some ideas about investing in bitcoin and that, given that you have some knowledge of computer programming, you are looking for an opportunity to learn more about it and how you could contribute with that knowledge as a newbie, if I understood you correctly?
Regarding investing in bitcoin, I want to warn you not to get into it until you are completely ready.
Any investment is always risky, and you need to acquire certain skills and knowledge such as analyzing the market, making an investment plan, creating an exit strategy, etc.
If you do not yet have these skills developed, I advise you not to rush into investing in crypto because investing is a serious business that should not be subject to emotions and current moods, but must be the result of a rational decision and thinking, based on facts and not emotions.
Regarding the second thing you asked, if you are good at programming, I think you can always contact the owners of crypto projects, who are presented on this forum, and offer them your cooperation, if they are interested.

Your educational qualification Computer programming is a very good subject to study. You are still new to the forum and I think initially you need to know Bitcoin. You have experience in computer programming, it is okay, you need to study more and spend time in the forum because there is no end to learning. You will find answers to many of your questions by browsing the boards and child boards of this forum.
Even though you are very advanced in educational qualification, you are still new to this forum. Ask questions with a learning attitude and expand your knowledge by analyzing different boards. Do not neglect the learning period and accumulate Bitcoin according to your financial capacity.
