With all being said, I like your observation with the hope that he is not leaving soon but stays to learn and share ideals with others in the community.
There had also been numerous of newbies that had shown interest in learning about Bitcoin who also leaves so sudden even after dropping their introductory post and even had declared areas of their interests in the space.

The directions to their local boards does not seem bad too because there in the local boards is where some beginners also finds relaxation to interact.
So of course, newbies can always look out to their local boards if possible but as for those whose origin does not have local boards in the forum, don't feel exempted because you can always do better in the general boards as long you are dedicated to learning new ideals of having to establish a life here in the forum.

If he manages to showcase/sell his service on this forum, he has already succeeded. If he manages to get the best out of this forum, and if he is genuinely interested, then there is no doubt that he will stay on the forum. I like that many people have shared their opinions and helped him understand how the forum works. The guidelines I gave him are very useful and simple, and as for the local board, this forum has everything, so i think it also has a local section for him where he will be able to get more information

since you have made your first Post, no need to worry because your journey has just begun. Making post here already mean you have made a move. All you just need to do is to be patient while reading the pined thread at the top of every board to know what each board is all about. I know the best place that befits you is the technical board, but you need enough learning to blend with guys around there because your level of computer may be different from what you will see there. Just be patient and most expecialy read more before posting.

Complete beginners can visit the technical forum—not to comment, but to listen in on every discussion led by people who are well-versed in the subject. It’s not that they’re not allowed to comment on the posts there, but there’s a risk they might get it wrong. It’s fine, though, if they have a background in knowledge closely related to Bitcoin’s technical aspects.

I read OP's posts here and maybe only more thoroughly responses of other users on first page or so. Further responses I've only skimmed briefly.

If a new user feels the need to introduce themselves, fine with me, especially when they indicate their first points of interest. This helps to give them more directed help or hints. If I had a wish to make for newbies: try to put in some own effort to search information and answers, it looks less lazy and encourages deeper interaction than those lame shortcut-takers.
Searching the forum isn't exactly rocket science, but I understand the the forum's own search sucks a bit for newbies due to the time restrictions that are imposed on low-ranked users. A good and viable alternative to search this forum is via https://bitlist.co/search.

This form teaches us a lot and gives us a lot because after keeping the foundation of Bitcoin, this form was created on which Satoshi himself posted something. Although there are quite a few knowledgeable people here who have talked a lot about Bitcoin, if you look at them, it is quite good for new people, for this they should know the Bitcoin Disscion and speculation thread so that from there they will know a lot about Bitcoin. Many people have registered on this form but very few people have learned and progressed here. Doubt the forum will give you any positive reasons to trust altcoins so that shouldn't even be in your goals here. The forum is pro Bitcoin only. If you are experienced in computer programming, try Bitcoin mining. If possible in your country, it would be wise but it is most expensive to mine privately. I think so, you can focus on Bitcoin investment instead.

I get a lot of motivation from your words. Although I have been on the forum for a very short time. I already know some things about Bitcoin. Even then, since I was new to this forum, I could not understand anything in that way. It has been a while now and I have improved a lot. I used to research on Bitcoin rules and regulations and how different countries of the world view it even before joining the forum. And while researching these things, I found this forum on the internet. Although I have never bought Bitcoin and have never thought of investing in it in the past. However, Bitcoin intrigued me a lot, so I started researching.

But it is possible to develop some small programs or tools with basic programming knowledge, but cryptography is completely different. I have spent time there for the last few days to understand and learn about technical topics. But most of the topics there are not possible for someone who has just studied programming related to understand at the beginning. Because you can create tools, simple web developing and some useful programs with your coding skills but cryptography is really on a whole other level.

But your positive intention has really motivated me a lot. I am trying to give this forum time. This forum is really useful for getting an idea about everything to know and understand. Bad luck I could not find it in the past. It is such a big platform but I have never seen it talked about on any social media. I don't know what your formal education is like, but the fact is that crypto and bitcoin are not yet taught in regular education programs (as far as I know).
That's why people usually hear about btc and crypto from friends or on the Internet and try to collect information about these new technologies themselves, whether on social networks, Telegram groups, AI or online forums.
You can get a lot of useful information and facts about btc on this forum, but it is not a substitute for personal learning, but you have already understood that by now.
This area is very large and encompasses many different aspects, from the technology itself to developing crypto applications, investments, etc.
I suggest you not to go too broad in your approach, but to focus on the part of crypto that is interesting to you and where you can do the most and to develop further in that direction.

You are right, no one can ever know everything on the first day. And knowing everything about cryptocurrency may seem impossible to me. I personally try to spend as much time as I can on this forum. It will be like a year since I have been on the forum, in which I feel that I have not learned even 10% of the collective knowledge related to crypto currency.

I am learning something new every day. New topics are coming up, different situations in the world, what kind of changes are there in bitcoin in the market, when I connect these topics with each other, I feel very impressed.

And the technical topics are beyond the understanding of many people. Those who have knowledge about cryptography from the beginning and are able to give a lot of time and have a lot of desire to learn these topics are possible for those who have a lot of interest in learning. I myself have not found this in my entry study life. However, cryptography is useful in real life which is outside of any bitcoin or cryptocurrency related issue, that is, for the banking system, core of wallets can be built for online transactions through which funds are transferred from one account to another account using the phone, a lot of knowledge of cryptography is used in its security. Although I have little idea about this, I heard it from an expert who was originally involved in the development of a banking wallet. However, blockchain development is useful in real life in various sectors and its use is used in our daily life computer network based interconnection apart from bitcoin.

So are you trying to say is it "Cryptography" you are trying to focus on? Because just as @daniel91 earlier started above for you to focus on the on which you have interest for, it you actually choose the Cryptography as the part of Bitcoin you intend to learn and specialize on, it won't be a bad idea, since you already have a background knowledge about computer programming. However, other aspects of field of cryptocurrency which a person with good computer can also specialize on is "Blockchain development" whereby you learn and study how the Bitcoin blockchain works, and possibly how to create a blockchain if you want to launch a new coin. While secondly is learn about "Smart Contract Development" which focuses on learning how to write a self executive protocol or actions on the blockchain. While others include Blockchain security, DeFi Development and Bitcoin Protocol Development.

We are also learning about the forum but we cannot give that much time to it because we have other tasks in our daily lives. I read some of the links to the regulations, they have presented everything in very clear and beautiful terms.
