Bank Account Lien Resulting from INR Withdrawal from BcGame

Dear BC.Game Operations and Risk Team,
I am writing to formally log an urgent dispute regarding a total withdrawal of ₹60,000 INR processed through your platform on 29/07/2026 with order id's F-1872067474482928525 and F-1872067554125631885 amounting 30k each.
While the status of this withdrawal reflects as "Completed" on your platform, the third-party payment gateway / peer-to-peer (P2P) merchant utilized by your payment routing system transmitted funds originating from an account flagged for fraudulent or illicit activity.
As a direct consequence of receiving this payment, a legal lien and debit freeze have been placed on my bank account by law enforcement authorities (Cyber Crime Cell) under Acknowledgement 31908260165092.
Because your platform routed my withdrawal using a compromised source account, I am now facing severe financial hardship, total lock-out of my personal funds, and legal liability for a transaction initiated solely by your designated payment processor.
FORMAL DEMANDS

1.NOC / Clearance Coordination: Direct your payment gateway provider to co-operate with the investigating Cyber Crime authority to clarify that this transaction was a legitimate user withdrawal from your platform, and issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to release my bank account.
2.Reimbursement / Indemnification: In the event that these funds remain seized or attached to a criminal freeze due to your payout provider's compromised account, I demand a full reimbursement of ₹60,000 INR credited back to my secure platform balance (or via clean crypto payout/USDT) alongside indemnity for damages caused by the freeze.

But you're requesting reimbursement at this moment when you ought to consult a criminal defense or financial crimes attorney to protect yourself against liability.
I will advise you to provide evidence with records of deposits, withdrawals, and communications with the gambling platform team.
Take the issue to court if you have a good lawyer and also prove the funds come from legitimate gambling winnings, not fraud or money laundering; the court may order release, but asking the gambling platform for reimbursement is something I don't see happen.

Yeah at this point you can call it total ignorance.  I mean it's common knowledge that gambling is banned in India. So what do people expect when they are getting funds sent to the Indian bank account that come from a gambling site. They think it will all be fine without any consequences?
And second but even more important part (as you said), still using a garbage site like BC, despite all the previous problems and the terrible reputation these days. I mean how hard is it to NOT use them? If you are that desperate to gamble find some other place and not one of the worst ones around. Guess he thinks all the previous problems magically disappear when he tries again.

Why do you continue using this casino even knowing they don't provide good service, have many scam accusations against them, and have caused you many problems? It simply doesn't make sense. Now you've come up with a more serious problem; this time the issue isn't limited to online play, but is also in the real world. You may be someone with strong signs of gambling problems, to be more precise: addicted to gambling and, to make matters worse, with a strong obsession with this scam casino.

When the casino makes deposits using your bank account, it's because your bank authorized the transaction, and obviously they monitored it. Unfortunately its not easy as it seems. Banks will not do anything and direct people to the cyber police. As these liens happen on the direction of police who inturn do this because of a complaint by some person claiming that his money was stolen

The case could be registered in some other state/city hundreds of KM away and they wont pick up calls or if they do they will ask the person to come physically.

These things are a headache to get fixed and OP has every right to be mad, however with all the other issues he can only blame himself for continuing to use bcgame

If what you are saying is true ( and I believe the lien part), then you are likely going to end up with that lien forever on your account. I doubt the one who sent the funds will explain everything to IO anf get themselves into the risk of criminal charges. The best solution can be the casino can reimburse you in crypto payment mode.

Indeed it is my fault to use bcgame again but they were doing good until 29th but these withdrawal's ruined everything. And i did come into contact with cyber officials and all they are saying is that they will only provide me with NOC when i return the money to the user who has made the complaint and they can only help me in that case. BC [and I think every other casinos who cater INR Fiat] uses 3rd party merchant to process and route the funding back and forth between the player's account and bank [withdrawal and deposit]. This was the root of the dozens of unresolved INR fiat transactions about last year, because there was severe "backlog" from the merchants.

This case [as well as one or two that came to the top of my head but its details and conclusion is out of my grasp] is a case where the merchant was involved in other business [because, certainly one merchant who lend their service to transfer fund back and forth between entities will not exclusively ties themselves to BC], dirty business.

And as result, the fiat INR deposited to the player's account become "tainted" and marked as part of cyber crime. And thus, the bank account got frozen in accordance to ATF/AML from Indian law. The player [bank account owner] was not dragged to criminal court, far as I know from past cases, but the bank account will remains frozen.

The platform holds the responsibility in this case because they are the one who picked the merchant for processing your payment. But you also need to understand that casino is not in charge of knowing anything so they will just wait and see how things evolve. BC game also don't have good reputation here on Bitcointalk for a while so I doubt they will be trying to resolve it or reimburse the amount on their own.

Only thing I will suggest here is don't use INR anymore when you want to gamble.

I sent bctokenbot a PM informing them about this case. I am not sure if they'll be able to help since it looks like a third party issue. We'll see what they have to say if they address this thread.

Now I understand how the transaction was executed, which means the reason for the operational failure is the (backlog and tainted routing), which is done by the selected merchant who is unable to process the withdrawal cleanly, not the gambling platform, and based on the OP reply to your message, s/he seems to be aware of the situation.
I wonder s/he didn't use a secure alternative.

Despite complaining multiple times about BC.Game, you are still using it. That is actually surprising.

But you need to understand that gambling is banned in India and there are also high taxes on crypto transactions. Hence even if you prove to the cyber cell that the money was your winnings and that you did not deceive anyone, it could still be considered illegal because you made the money through online gambling.

They may also argue that you avoided paying taxes because you received the payment directly in INR which could be treated as income, meaning the 30% crypto tax would not apply.

For this reason many friends of mine avoid directly playing or withdrawing in INR through crypto casinos. These casinos often use third party aggregators, and transactions through such channels can sometimes lead to a lien being placed on the account or even a debit freeze.

I don’t think BCGame will be able to help you much in this matter either.

I agree with all those who say that it is their merchants fault rather than Bcgame's fault. But since we play on their site that means they should take responsibility of such cases and ban such merchants which cause such issue or even remove inr option on their site. And they should actively help users in these situations because the funds are their responsibility. When they provide such options there should be some kind of barrier that protects users from such things.They are solely responsible for the funds that arrive in users bank accounts.hence they should take responsibility and get their users out of such mess. Please do look into this case and provide some resolution to this problem of mine.

Like Nrcewker said, and I learned this bits by bits from Bitcoin Smith too as he's native, Indian govt put a heavy tax on crypto-to-fiat [vice versa] transaction. This heavily discouraged gamblers to play with "a secure alternative" of crypto freedom as they have to pay quite heavy tax to convert to crypto. And that's why so many INR user prefer to use fiat as it "bypass" the need to pay the tax of crypto purchase.
