This forum is not a place to make money instantly. For beginners, the main goal here should be to learn, not to make money. understand how Bitcoin works, how to secure your assets, and the etiquette for discussions on this forum.

Reputation is valuable here. You can build it by creating quality posts, helping others, and avoiding the spread of posting that harms others. As your reputation and knowledge grow, your rank will also gradually improve because you have come to understand how the system works. When that moment arrives, opportunities to make money will come on their own.

If your intention from the start is merely to make money, you usually won't last long enough to reach that stage. So, be patient, enjoy the process, the results will follow by themselves.

Sorry Op, but you can not work here. The forum is not an office and even if it is, you don't have what it takes to earn yet until proven. So what have you got? What can you offer? What's your portfolio? Basically, you have to prove yourself even if you have something to offer.

If you're not disappointed for not being in the right place to earn as you assumed, if you still have a reason to stay, while you are here, you should check the useful links put up there by the mod. I bet you'll love it only if you can do away with your initial mindset of work and earning.

And to be honest, I like your boldness to say what you're here for without pretending.

You do not get money when you reach a rank. You could join signature campaigns once you are a high enough rank, which would pay you for posting.

Like I said, read the stickied topics. The ones I linked answer all questions you just asked.

There is no attached income with user rank in this forum. You can wear signature with link when your rank is Junior member at least but most signature campaigns in this forum are only opened for users from Full member rank and above ranks.

You will need to rank up to Full member rank, then wait for campaigns open to apply and compete with other applicants for getting a spot, make your posts and get money. But if you spam, your account will receive a signature ban, like some months, one year to two years.

OK this is a bit refreshing, to have a new forum member who knows exactly what he wants and isn't afraid to ask for it lol   
As some forum members have already answered, this forum is not the company you work for or where you are looking for a job.
This is actually primarily a forum that brings together people interested in crypto, a place to discuss crypto news, meet people with similar interests.
Over time, as the forum developed and the number of members increased, some crypto companies started to advertise here and offer their services or products.
The next natural step was to hire more reputable forum members, with a good reputation, to advertise their products and services, share reviews of their services, find translators for local languages, etc.

However, you will quickly realize that as in any market, those with more experience, knowledge, people who already have a lot of such paid projects in the past and a good forum reputation have an advantage.

The first mistake some folk make is that they think that making money is as easy as peeling an onion. There are many people who study for 20 years for just $200 salary but it is uncertain to get a reliable job.

Op I cannot welcome you because you are trying to enter the topic of earning first. At the beginning of your journey in the forum you should have understood the basics and engaged in acquiring knowledge. Spend time learning and follow other members and ask questions to learn.

The bottom line is that when creating a post or topic, your motivation shouldn't be to earn merit, instead, it should be to contribute to the forum by creating post that is genuinely useful to other users.
Avoid spam, as well as posts that are meaningless or off-topic.

Ideally, you should hold the rank of Full Member, as most paid BTC signature campaigns open slots starting at that rank. However, if you want to join a bounty, the Junior Member rank meets the requirements, though the pay is low, and lately, bounties haven't really been worth the effort. Imo

I won't be surprised to see you not upgrade in this forum because it's so obvious that your mindset is focused on earning alone, and that's one of the major reasons that get a few people stuck here.
Actually, my advice to you right now is that you should think of learning to make progress before thinking about something else. There's no easy way to anything here, the only easy way I can think of right now is doing the right thing, which is following the forum rules and also contributing on the forum.

. You can earn merit when your post are useful, informative or genuinely helpful.
. OP simply means ORIGINAL POSTER.
. I think you should put your focus on learning first. There are a lot useful information here in the forum, and hopefully with the knowledge you'll gain here, can be helpful to you.
. Spam post are low quality post or post that have no meaning. For instance, making one line post or repeatedly posting the same thing. So always make sure you contribute something meaningful to every discussion.

There are many things to learn about this forum, but i will advise you to take your time, start with the link provided here, next here, and here before learning the major concept of Bitcoin, because if you dont embrace the forum rules and regulations very well, you may get banned.

OP means original poster; in other words, the creator of a certain topic. The feature OP was added months ago for people to easily identify the original poster among others in a discussion thread.

First, i advise you remove the word "earning" from your discussion because it may create some ill feelings from someone's merit source, and they may add your profile to their ignore list.
Your earnings should start when you have become a Member, but i will advise you to work on becoming a Full Member rank, which you will need 100 merit with activity 120 to easily see signature campaign you can join.

What is meant by spam post?

Spam posts can be unconstructive, meaningless posts, and the posting of spam links.

You already stated what your intention is and what your goals are. Which is to earn from posting.

It is obvious someone introduced you to the forum and perhaps left you to figure out things on your own.

Remove the impression that you are here to earn when you have not become an established member.

Learning in the forum is from reading, conversation, constructive argument, and experience.

@OP, I suggest you cultivate your "curiosity" rather than simply waiting for replies. Essentially, you can find answers to your questions right here on the forum, particularly in existing posts and threads. Do you really intend to just sit around waiting for someone to reply ?

You would be better off seeking out the information yourself; some of it is already available in posts pinned by moderators, and you can easily find it on the various pages provided. Trust me, if your curiosity is genuine, you will find the answers on your own. There is a wealth of information available here regarding the forum, and you should dedicate time to reading through it all. Whether it concerns the specific topics you are interested in, forum rules, basic information, details that could be of benefit to you, or anything.

The main thing is; Don't lower your curiosity, read more and study harder. Then, I am sure you will develop better.
