You might want to improve your FAQ section, though. It only answers five questions, but there could be much more there. For example, you can mention the supported payment methods, what the wagering requirements are for the welcome bonus, how to claim bonuses, how to cancel a bonus and what happens if you do, what games are available, how to contact customer support, how to self-exclude, etc., etc.

There is no information about KYC, AML at their FAQs and ToS pages but the term on restrictions with nations in the list makes me worried. If they detect a user with IP addresses from a restricted nation, will KYC be triggered to verify that user's nationality?

The issue here is that they have restricted a few countries from playing at that casino, so how will they block users from those countries from accessing the casino?

One way is that they restrict the IPs from those countries, and anyone accessing from those restricted IPs wouldn't be able to open the site, but what about those who may use a VPN to access BlockSpins ?

If you win they will try to descredit you because of your IP, the bets, the provider, no KYC, or excuses like this. And if you lose they do not care because the money is already in their pockets

If their ToS does not explain anything about VPN, and support only allows it through chat that seems risky. Playing rules should be based on the ToS, because if something goes wrong with the account later, that written rule can help. At least the VPN rule should be officially written in their Terms, not just an answer from a support chat.

That is why it seems safer to avoid games that are restricted based on region. Even though VPN use is allowed to access BlockSpins in general, each game provider still has its own separate regulations. So it might be better to play games that can be accessed without using a VPN at all.
