Great ANN presentation though the site design itself could be better, but it's alright. Was interested in your in house sportsbook, but that interest quickly faded away since odds on popular markets are not competitive at all thanks to high vig.

Also, having to expand every tile to check out the matches is just silly. Some promotions like the same game multi live don't provide any information regarding the boosts etc. Seems extremely half-baked if I may say so myself.

A very interesting offer. I wish you every success in the future. I’ve sent a message to support regarding the bonus. I hope my request will be approved. I’ve also submitted an application for a VIP transfer. I’m curious to see what they’ll offer. I’ll be keeping an eye on the news.

Kindly share your experience later about the VIP Transfer, as far as I can see they do not announce it publicly as I can see any information about it without an account but after I created an account, there is a small information about VIP Transfer, only an instruction to contact support if we want to apply for it.
@Betski, I checked your leaderboard for the monthly race and I'm curious why the wagered amount for the players starting from 11th to 50th positions are all hidden? It is normal if players want to hide their username but looking at yours, it seems that it is your system that hide those wagered amount by those players. Why dont you disclose it all?

I see there are terms that your casino will do KYC on users, at different levels and different times.
https://www.betski.com/cms/aml-policy

There are three-step KYC as I see at the above link.
Step 1 - Basic profile
Step 2 - Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
Step 3 - Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

More important, step 1 for Basic profile will need to do at a time of account registration, and with this, there is KYC at beginning already.
I asked them about their KYC on their Terms and Conditions, and they did say that those rules will never be enforced. I'm assuming(hopefully) it'll be the same for their AML KYC. That being said, it'll be better if they themselves answer this question.

You can check the 4th post on this thread if you haven't seen what they said to my question.

Welcome to the forum, Betski.
The Announcement thread looks well decorated. The website color scheme looks like Stake. I see the Original Dice game has not been released yet. When do you plan to release it? Dice, Crash, and Mines are the most popular original casino games. I see you have Mines already, which I am planning to try when I have some free time. As for the KYC, I see some contradictions. Your banner says "NO KYC," but your website pages contain information about KYC. May I know if the KYC is for fiat only?

Hello, Thank you.

Dice game is still under development. We will let the community know once we are done with the developments. You are welcome to try out our games.
As for the KYC, it is not for the regular players. It is for the fiat users and in case of abuse.

Welcome to the forum! The ANN thread, branding, and UI design all of it looks very professional. The color palette used on the site is also pretty soothing to the eyes.

I noticed that while depositing money on the site, I was prompted to choose a bonus type, and I was given two options. I wanted to know more about those bonuses, so I tried searching the site but was unable to find any more information about them. Hence I choose no bonus.

I also like the fact that you guys are giving users the option to invest in the casino. I would love to see more exclusive bonuses specifically for Bitcointalk members.

Thank you.
We have a welcome bonus for the players, which you can check on our website promotion page. Here is the link to the welcome bonus details - https://www.betski.com/promotions/welcome-bonus

We have free bet offer for the new players as well, which you can check here - https://www.betski.com/promotions/bet500get500

We have received a DM from you. I have forwarded the DM to the team to verify and take necessary action.

Thank you.

It's really strange, like there are terms but such terms will never be enforced. I don't trust that because Terms are written clearly and publicly to defend a casino or an exchange. Like they have compliance team, with professional lawyers who prepare many prevention terms in order to protect their business advantage against users, against regulations from governments as best as possible.

Other people can trust their explanation but I don't.

Do we need to log in to see their TOS? Because I can't locate this information in their site. I don't want to create an account just to read it.

I think there's something wrong for saying they will not enforce that KYC, while if there's information in their TOS saying that they would ask that to their users if certain conditions will get hit.

It seems that they are breaking their own rules if they do that. Hard to trust their words since maybe they will use that against their players in future. Also KYC became normal now and if they are transparent about this, for sure that later on their players would accept or understand that they need to implement that for compliance reasons.

That's fair, I mean, not everyone can trust what a casino says. Also, their claims that they won't enforce their KYC are probably already archived, so it could lower their credibility if they suddenly asked for KYC verification and then say they never claimed to never enforce their kyc.

No, you don't have to create an account to access their terms and conditions. Just go to the bottom of their webpage and then look for "information", you can find it under there.

Here's the link if you still can't find it https://www.betski.com/cms/terms-condition

No, and it should be no login session to be able to read ToS.

The reason in my opinion is very simple, people as guests must to be able to access and read ToS to know whether they are welcome as users on the casino or not, before they register their accounts and fund their accounts. It's time wasting if register an account, and shortly after that knowing you are not allowed to use the casino. With users, it's bad experience so no business should do hide their ToS, restrict its access and readability to only users.

I see there are terms that your casino will do KYC on users, at different levels and different times.
https://www.betski.com/cms/aml-policy

There are three-step KYC as I see at the above link.
Step 1 - Basic profile
Step 2 - Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
Step 3 - Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

More important, step 1 for Basic profile will need to do at a time of account registration, and with this, there is KYC at beginning already.

For better understanding, let us share this again.

KYC is not for the regular crypto users.
KYC is for the fiat users only, and in case of abuse. We do not ask for KYC from regular players.

A very interesting offer. I wish you every success in the future. I’ve sent a message to support regarding the bonus. I hope my request will be approved. I’ve also submitted an application for a VIP transfer. I’m curious to see what they’ll offer. I’ll be keeping an eye on the news.

Thank you.
Please share your experience in this thread. We appreciate your honest feedback.

Some users, who came from this forum, taken bonuses and withdraw their winnings. We will appreciate if you guys share your honest experience and feedback.

Thanks!

I’ve now submitted a request and even messaged them via the online chat about the free bet. They transferred $133,000 and credited the wagering requirement to my account. But they haven’t given me the free bet. It’s really disappointing. I reckon I’m one of the top 100 players. But they haven’t given me anything yet.

Your casino is quite alright as I have checked some features myself. But I would ask this question because I checked and I noticed your license is about to expire in less than 7 month's from now. Do you plan extending it now or your would wait till it expires before renewing it?
I have read through and noticed some arguments over KYC and also no KYC. Can you kindly please elaborate on it so that the community would get it clear because from what I noticed, there is KYC for fiat users but no KYC for Crypto users which is commendable but I hope your casino would not demand for it as they have stated in the future because we have seen case's of such here where casino state so and in the future they begin to demand for KYC from both fiat and crypto players.

Based on what they said, you're not eligible for the $20 free cash bonus(check the quoted post below).

@betski, perhaps edit the requirements on your free cash bonus and add the required rank to be eligible for the bonus.

Regarding the $20 free cash, users must send a DM to this account with their Betski username/email account.
The forum member rank should be at least Member in order to apply.

To clarify, KYC is not enforced for users depositing and withdrawing with cryptocurrency. KYC requirements apply to users transacting with fiat currencies.

However, in very specific cases involving suspected abuse, we reserve the right to request KYC verification.

Thank you for taking the time to explore Betski and review our information.

Regarding our gaming license, we fully intend to renew it before its expiration date. We will begin the renewal process with sufficient time to ensure there is no interruption to our licensed operations.

To clarify our KYC policy:

KYC is required for users transacting with fiat currencies.
KYC is not enforced for users who deposit and withdraw exclusively using cryptocurrencies.
However, we reserve the right to request KYC in specific cases involving suspected fraud/abuse.

This measure is reserved for exceptional cases where an account requires further investigation.

I’d also like to commend them for their verification process
After all, cryptocurrency is supposed to be anonymous

Thank you, we appreciate that! We designed our verification process to respect the privacy that cryptocurrency users value while still protecting Betski and our players from fraud and abuse.

Crypto users are not required to complete KYC. Verification would only be requested in exceptional cases involving suspected fraud, or bonus abuse. KYC is required for Fiat users.

Hi Pavel!

We processed your $133,000 VIP transfer immediately. The $20 promotion was intended for eligible players who registered and made a minimum deposit of $20.

Regardless, we’ve now credited your account with the $20 cash bonus as a welcome to Betski. We hope you enjoy the platform, and we’re happy to have you onboard!

We saw your $20 deposit and saw that you used the welcome bonus!

Please open a support ticket directly on the Betski platform, we have a special promotion waiting for you as well. 🙂

Users do not need to register or log in to read our Terms and Conditions. They are publicly accessible to everyone, including visitors who do not yet have a Betski account.

To further clarify our KYC policy, KYC is required for users transacting with fiat currencies but is not required for users who deposit and withdraw exclusively with cryptocurrency. However, we reserve the right to request verification in exceptional cases involving suspected fraud, or bonus abuse.

No, you don't have to create an account to access their terms and conditions. Just go to the bottom of their webpage and then look for "information", you can find it under there.

Here's the link if you still can't find it https://www.betski.com/cms/terms-condition

KYC is required for fiat transactions but is not enforced for users who deposit and withdraw exclusively with cryptocurrency. However, we reserve the right to request verification in exceptional cases involving suspected fraud, or bonus abuse.

Our policy is transparent: cryptocurrency users are not subject to KYC, but verification may be required in specific high-risk cases to protect our players and the platform.

We understand the concern, so we want to clarify the wording: we are not saying that KYC will never be requested under any circumstances.

KYC is required for users transacting with fiat currencies. Users who deposit and withdraw exclusively with cryptocurrency are not subject to KYC. However, we reserve the right to request verification in exceptional cases involving suspected fraud, or bonus abuse.

It therefore means that you are totally not in for what you claimed to be because the moment you request for customers information, then you are no more a KYC free casino and that is it. No mincing of words here.

I will advise you to quote reply in one post rather than creating posts for each reply one for one as it could be seen as you spamming your thread just to get activities and it is against the platforms policy to quote reply each post seperately at the same time.

Including the first deposit fiat will remain in KYC wear or when there are obstacles only? Although I myself rarely use fiat deposits. Cheesy
Exclusive will not be asked for KYC if they are doing normally for crypto users, which is good, because after all, when there is a problem, one of the things that should be KYC will be enforced.
This is already a general rule, although in the no-KYC Banner but there are rules in the ToS on this issue, then this prevents abuse is a natural thing.

@betski again you should not post continuously, just quote some parts that will be replied to in one post, such posts are not allowed.

Thanks!

We are in Crypto forum at this moment.
Our Platform is NO KYC for the crypto users. We apply the KYC for fiat users only as we speak.

As for the multiple replies, thank you for the tip. We will follow the forum rules.

As we said before, if you are exclusive crypto user, we do not enforce KYC.
However, if you use fiat, KYC may trigger on your account. Thank you for the tip.

We are in Crypto forum at this moment.
Our Platform is NO KYC for the crypto users. We apply the KYC for fiat users only as we speak.

So if I understood properly,

If Crypto User = NO KYC
If Fiat User = KYC

Right?....right?

Then why do you have so many contradicted terms/statements in your TOS? I have already found quite a few. I suggest you guys review your Terms and Conditions policies again, and make additional changes to the wording. Right now, they aren't clearly separated and the way it's presented is kinda confusing to me. If someone were to visit your site without reading your replies here, they would assume, KYC is for all kind of users. Again, even after reading some of your previous replies, I cannot fully convince myself that you are a 100% "NO KYC" for crypto users. You still can enforce KYC.

This is one of those conflicted terms...says "Crypto activity subjected to KYC". P.S, I have nothing against KYC really, but like me and many others, they want/like to make sure where they are jumping into, before getting involved.
