For me, I think Bitcointalk is one of the most active communities when it comes to crypto casino ads and the numbers have always spoken for themselves, and that's the reason why so many different brands have used the community for their service exposure purposes and many have successfully gotten the results that they are looking for.

Op what you're asking for is already here. Bitcointalk has wide audience and good traffic. In fact most big casinos have done their ads and it worked really well for them including small casinos so there is indeed prove that this platform is a perfect match for your description.  Again, things are done differently nowadays. This is what I mean, casino ads that catches a large amout of audience are now done by streamers who have a large audience. This is a very big community with large network of folks that are already well versatile in cryptocurrency, they value it that for sure and so getting the required audience is very much possible... Another thing to note is that you have to still take a closer look at the country that you are targeting, the type of users you are reaching out to and how quality the traffic really is.. Let say you eventually consider BTT as a place for placing your ads, surely you may get lots of clicks on your ads which is a very good thing, but what matters the most is if those clicks are actually coming from those folks that are actually interested in your casino and want to become real time customers... Another advice is that before spending a lot in advertising, try to test run it with a smaller amount first and then see how the traffic performs.. At least that way you can know whether the platform is giving you the kind of users that you actually want..

I have been here long enough and seen many new casinos with the same needs come here with some tradeoffs though and some have been here for a long. I think I at the time when some of them ended their marketing campaigns here in the forum, they left satisfied having met some KPIs.

I think what OP he's trying to do is still at the right point, as it tend to know the particular strategy or platform to engage on his promotion, this kind of intention is what should first proceed any form of campaign or affiliate, understanding department to use and as well setting out for the targeted Geo, some are not after traffic while some are definitely after pulling out traffic for their platform and then other awareness exposure and strategy they may need, which is why is trying to get more directional how to go about all this.

I haven't personally used any platforms because I don't own any casino or work for one, but based on my experience, it feels like Kick ads are a good way to promote your casino, as Rainbet is dominating that space right now. At first, I thought they were being too aggressive and spending way too much money but then I saw the growth of Rainbet and it all started to make sense.

Apart from that, you can advertise your banners on block explorers such as Bscscan, Etherscan, which are pretty cheap. I remember noticing as BCGame banner there so they do allow gambling ads and I'm sure it generates good traffic and conversions because most crypto users are also gamblers.

Then there are PTC sites and stuff but those aren't really meant for casinos in my opinion.
