..., nowhere else that I know of is this good.

It is so because this forum has a relatively high concentration of gamblers and people which a good liquidity of Bitcoin and other alternative currencies. So you are right, this forum is always supposed to be in the top of options for gambling advertisers to promote their casinos and bookies.

I only mentioned Blockchain explorers and coin directories because those are places I have personally noticed ads on, outside of this forum, of course.

Not even mentioning the huge legacy importance this community has for Bitcoin and other assets.
Casino advertisements come with more restrictions compared to any other services so even if blockchain explorers are potential place to promote a casino which might get the attention of governments and maybe the site can lose their earning potential due to the restrictions I mentioned.

I don't use Facebook but it is true Google is pretty much uncaring of what they advertise, they have been called out for literally advertising scams and adult content on YouTube. So I would not be surprised if they allowed gambling advertisement to appear on their services, for the sake of getting as much money as possible.
In theory, they should not allow such things to happen, but they still do.

If I am not mistaken, I think bitcointalk.org is the first or even one of the easiest cryptocurrency and Bitcoin platforms. This forum is one of the most major and active forums with a vast number of members.

It has the numbers for advertising cryptocurrency casinos, and it is a well-known forum that people visit. If we are talking about the success of advertisement, many casinos have had good success, which has also expanded the casinos. You are in the right place; the traffic and visibility are here for every crypto casino.

When it comes to learning about cryptocurrency such as bitcoin and other top Altcoins Bitcointalk.org is where you can get the best insight both in terms of looking for legit casino site, you can find a lot of them here on the forum. I never believed that Bitcointalk.org is the best advertising platform for casinos not until I made research to see if there are other platforms that  gives same information about cryptocurrency and casinos but I couldn't find any. even when they recommend me to a particular platform when I clicked the link to the site i was redirected to Bitcointalk.org. this made me believe that Bitcointalk.org is the best advertising platform for crypto casino.

I also don't use Facebook, but I regularly see advertising algorithms on YouTube, even though I rarely watch videos on the topic. Overall, I'm more concerned about the overabundance of offline advertising for bookmaker platforms in my city. I recently met a friend who was visiting me for the first time, and the first thing he was surprised by was the sheer number of ads in the city. I'm just used to it and don't notice them, but perhaps when people are wondering where to get money, seeing an ad banner might encourage them to try their luck and place a bet. I think this is effective and efficient advertising.

In general, Facebook is regarded rather as a social media which is only used by older adults and not so much by young people as in the past. That is why there are so many young people on Instagram and Facebook is full of what people call "boomers".

On the topic of billboards on cities... I am also a person who lives in a fairly big city and I have also seen some gambling billboard here, but they are not so many in order to catch my attention. There are billboards which are used to advertise normal goods and services, like food beverages and events. Gambling billboarda are only a few here in my city, which I assume it is normal.

I assume you are from Nigeria?
Because, as far as I know, in Nigeria gambling is very prevalent and integral part of their country culture, specially outside of Muslim majority regions.

I am not sure if banners or video ads are effective today as advertisement forms, as many use ad block or have subscriptions that turn off video ads. Besides people usually either dont watch them till the end and skip, or find them annoying and ignore at all. Forums are also not as effective as people think, as forums are usually thematic and not everyone there has purchase power.
Yes, it's true that banner or video ads seems not to look effective due to the fact that the some social media platforms such as YouTube now have its premium features that block ads from showing while watching videos. However, according to this post which I saw on Google, it clearly states that only 12% of YouTube users got the premium feature simply because they wanted to avoid ads. And considering the fact that YouTube has over 2.7billion active users per month, then it actually means that the remaining 88% of active users, approximately 2.3billion active users use YouTube freely, despite the fact that some users might skip and likewise others watch. So if an advertising agent can run an ads for a crypto casino while targeting crypto related keywords z they are likely to get conversion also.

I would say that if you have a casino business, then just getting traffic is not enough. Because paid traffic has a higher risk of fake clicks, bots and that can be a waste of money. So, to me an active community where real users are discussing your casino and sharing their experiences is more valuable. In this regard I think this forum is a good place. Here you will not only get traffic, but also organic discussion and genuine user feedback. A new user usually wants to see discussions about other people's experiences before trying a casino. So in my opinion, creating meaningful discussions in a trusted community will be more useful in the long term than just getting thousands of fake clicks.

Apps and settings which disable video ads are more effective when you visit some sites through a browser, but for those ads which are linked to social media videos, I can't see the option for disabling them unless the member is a paid subscriber, and there is one thing about social media ads for those who know how to place it, some of them know how to position their ads to meet the targeted audience which those might be patient enough to watch it when it pops up on their screen, if it's not all that effective I don't think people will still be using it.

Has anyone here achieved good results with a specific platform? I would appreciate hearing about your experience, approximate budget ranges, advantages, and any problems you encountered.

You are not going to get a platform that would give you all the results that you want. Some sites are used to get traffic, and I think of those includes adult sites (sound weird but there is a huge traffic there), then there are some that is used mainly to get people to know your site or to build reputation and presence online and this forum is one of such site, i saw from a representative that they mainly use this site for visibilty and they have other platforms for actual users or traffic.

Going through the replies, I think there are solid suggestions from users with experience, so you would have to take some time to go through them and see which one suits you.

Op you’re definitely at the right platform already, it’s just left for you make contact with the right manager and agree on terms. as you can see here on bitcointalk, casino and crypto companies usually advertise their products through active users and it has been going perfectly well, if anyone is recommending other that this forum for you then you’re still welcome to trying. But this forum should be the suitable platform to advertise your product and you will definitely see the results within a short period of time.
The bitcoin explorer you’re people are recommending for you might not give you the traffic you’re looking for, most of the bitcoin enthusiasts here used the centralised exchange and they do not even check the explorer to view the blockchain transactions.
