Depending on where you live, Bitcoin ATMs may be an option. Personally, that is my preferred method for exchanging for cash.

However, i believe people do F2F trades to avoid kyc, but in BATM's you have to submit kyc. And then if you are selling BTC for cash, you'd have to wait for your tx to confirm on the blockchain, before the machine dispenses cash to you.
