It's safer to require that the buyer pays you cash directly withdrawn from the bank in your presence. No more counting. No more checking for fakes.
This is a brilliant idea, the transaction can also take place in an ATM stand nearby to or in a banking hall, though buyers who would claim not to store cash in the bank won't follow this routine or idea, and not everybody who refuse to withdraw directly from the bank are malicious, it's just a way to bypass the problem of fake notes, but the seller would have limitations from buyers who wouldn't abide to this method of transaction.
