For the English Premier League Arsenal will have to work harder if they will win this title again. With Carrick's managerial tactics last season i'm skeptical of what to expect in the coming season because I am sure Carrick has a better tactics than Arteta and might lead Manchester to winning the title race. My second concern is now Rashford is back to Old Trafford more pressure will be mounted on the other premier league clubs with much to do by each team if they must win.                                                                                                                   

Arsenal really have to step up, but I would not say carrick is already better than arteta tactically. He had a great season, but doing it again under more pressure will be the real test. Rashfords return could also be a big factor if he gets back to his best. If that happens Manchester could really push arsenal this season. There are so many contenders that are likely to win the league this season, but I still feel like Arsenal has the strongest chance to win the title again this season, because Arsenal to me has one of the best if not the best squad dept in the premier league which is likely to speak for Arsenal through performance in the end of the season. They have also made some very good signings and that is my reason for predicting them as the most favourite to win the league title again this season.

I doubt whether Arsenal will win the premier League title this season, although the team is looking like they are in a better position to win the title this season but, there is still no guarantee. Come on, the season has just started, and we are already concluding that arsenal will win the trophy again simply because they won it last season.

As for me, I think this season is going to be a competitive one, because all the club have signed good and quality players and are ready to hold the bull by the horn. I generally trust the odds offered by the majority of bookmakers, but for two leagues in particular (LaLiga & Premier League), I have my own picks. The reason I chose Real Madrid & Manchester City is that I'm confident both teams will make amends for their mistakes from last season.

And I come with the confidence to say that Chelsea has a very good chance of winning the EPL this upcoming season.
You guys are just focused on Arsenal and Manchester City, Primer League is not a farmers league, and I see teams like Chelsea or Manchester United winning this time.

English premier League: I'm very sure that Arsenal is going to win the English premier League again, they are the best team right now in England and they are doing very well, looking at how they are performing right now in today's match I believe no team can stop them from winning the English premier League again.

Bayern Munich will always win their league, no team can stop them same thing with PSG they are also going to win their league, I am very sure that everyone already knows about this and no one can argue it.

The teams you mentioned have a high chance of winning their leagues, especially the Bundesliga and Ligue 1, that doesn't need to be questioned anymore. But even though those teams look so good, there's still nothing certain in football --- especially in the Premier League, which is so competitive, and the team that won the trophy last season isn't necessarily going to win the next. IMO I don't see Madrid anywhere winning that trophy this season. Lots of fellas keep hyping Mourinho like he is some magician that can come and use his magic wand make everything happen overnight. Hello no he isn't. With all this new changes that is coming into the club, like the change of Manager and the signings of new players, Madrid isn't stable. New players are still trying to adapt to the old and that's how it is for the old players

 Vinicius Junior too hasn't even been at his best, his preseason performance was not good. Might still be recovering from the chin surgery he did while silently struggling with his own low self esteem that made him to go for the surgery initially.

Barcelona is a lot stable and all the players are used to how the coach expects them to play and they don't need adjustment of any kind. This is enough to make Barcelona winners once again.

There are major leagues that as easy to predict with certainty which club are going to win the league title for the new season but you see leagues like the Serie A and the EPL they're unpredictable until about the end of the season when we look at the points differences and games left to play among the top teams. As for the Spanish La'liga it's either Barcelona wins it or Real Madrid, the tendency that other opponents are winning it is really that low.

Hmm, i can agree with La Liga, i think and also do hope Barca wins the title and from the looks of things especially how the last season ended, im pretty confident that they can lock the league down.
Now for the Premier League, i doubt Arsenal would be able to do it twice in a row, I see the likes of Chelsea and Man city as title contenders this season and for the German League and Ligue 1, i have no doubt Bayern and PSG have them locked down.
The Italian league is one i am not really sure of but i know Inter could be a serious contender, all in all, it is still good list you have here.

The Italian league, laliga and the premier league can't be predicted correctly because of the competition among some top clubs in the league, either Real madrid or Barcelona is going to win the laliga, the premier league can be any club so as the Italian serie A which could also be either Inter milan, Ac milan, Juventus or Napoli, any of these four clubs is likely to win the serie A title.
