With Carrick's managerial tactics last season i'm skeptical of what to expect in the coming season because I am sure Carrick has a better tactics than Arteta and might lead Manchester to winning the title race. My second concern is now Rashford is back to Old Trafford more pressure will be mounted on the other premier league clubs with much to do by each team if they must win.

There are so many contenders that are likely to win the league this season, but I still feel like Arsenal has the strongest chance to win the title again this season, because Arsenal to me has one of the best if not the best squad dept in the premier league which is likely to speak for Arsenal through performance in the end of the season. I generally trust the odds offered by the majority of bookmakers, but for two leagues in particular (LaLiga & Premier League), I have my own picks. The reason I chose Real Madrid & Manchester City is that I'm confident both teams will make amends for their mistakes from last season.

And I come with the confidence to say that Chelsea has a very good chance of winning the EPL this upcoming season.

IMO I don't see Madrid anywhere winning that trophy this season. Lots of fellas keep hyping Mourinho like he is some magician that can come and use his magic wand make everything happen overnight. Hello no he isn't. With all this new changes that is coming into the club, like the change of Manager and the signings of new players, Madrid isn't stable. New players are still trying to adapt to the old and that's how it is for the old players

Hmm, i can agree with La Liga, i think and also do hope Barca wins the title and from the looks of things especially how the last season ended, im pretty confident that they can lock the league down.
Now for the Premier League, i doubt Arsenal would be able to do it twice in a row, I see the likes of Chelsea and Man city as title contenders this season and for the German League and Ligue 1, i have no doubt Bayern and PSG have them locked down.
The Italian league is one i am not really sure of but i know Inter could be a serious contender, all in all, it is still good list you have here.

The Italian league, laliga and the premier league can't be predicted correctly because of the competition among some top clubs in the league, either Real madrid or Barcelona is going to win the laliga, the premier league can be any club so as the Italian serie A which could also be either Inter milan, Ac milan, Juventus or Napoli, any of these four clubs is likely to win the serie A title.

I’m not too convinced by Inter Milan if they will be able to retain the title they are currently holding due to how competitive the serie A title has been o we the past 4-5 years. For over 3-4 seasons now we’ve seen that no previous winners have been able to retain the title. Barcelona is still a doubt for me also because I think this season Real Madrid are going to mount a serious title challenge against them considering how they’ve missed out on winning important trophy in the last 3 seasons. Your selection here is not a bad one here actually but I do not agree with you that Barcelona will win the league in the Spanish laliga, since real madrid have greatly strengthened, and they will not want to go three straight years without winning the Spanish laliga, which was the main reason they brought Jose Mourinho that is a serial winner, so I believe that real madrid might emerge champions this year in the Spanish league.

What is the point of a forecast without taking into account the odds? I'm not even saying that you should bet money on your opinion, no, but what's the point? Let's say someone guesses the Spanish champion (where Real/Barcelona are tied and have a 50/50 chance) and this will be a "stronger" prediction than guessing the German champion.
Basically, you just listed the favorites (bookmakers' opinions) and you're not risking anything (you haven't put money on this opinion). I don't even know if it will be interesting to check this post at the end of the season.

Manchester united alone can not be a hindrance or the reason why Arsenal will not be able to win the premier league title this coming season. Though, I am not even sure if Arsenal will win the premier league but their form is very much good, Arsenal will be playing Manchester united twice in the premier league and losing to Manchester united twice can not make them not to win the premier league unless the team contending with them won all their games which is not possible.
