The minimum wages ain’t structured to make you rich.while working for someone else’s, your time and energy is tied a particular pay that you can’t even do another thing to earn you money. Most especially if you’re working with a private firm your schedule are already tight such that you barely have time for other businesses that can get you rich. If you look at the most successful people on earth are never workers.
Politics can actually get you rich but there definitely has to stolen funds. if you are in politics and you don’t involve in embezzlement you might as well not get rich with just your basic salaries. First step to getting rich is actually thinking of investments that will generate you a leveraged income while you’re not even physically present.

It's a fact that even the very rich testifies that you cannot become very rich working for somebody else, if it were not so many of them wouldn't be saying it when they are being interviewed but I agree that there are few exceptions where employees are very rich. I believe that those companies are very rich and they see many of their utility employees as partners and the only way to retain them is to pay them as if they the employees are working for themselves. The rest of the workers that can be easily replaced are not paid to become rich, they are paid only what will make them to be comfortable and rely on the next paycheck to survive.

Another area to get rich quick is being in politics, they are in positions to pad budgets and enrich themselves, I believe that if politicians depends only on their salaries to survive many people will not be doing anything possible to enter into positions of power because of the security risks involved. That is why if an average person enters into politics before long they will begin to live ostentatious lifestyles.

It all depends on what you are earning and the needs you are confronting, you can't be working and earning below your demand, to definitely affect you and that is why most people consider the wage before going for a specific job, while some will only decided to be safe employed than working under a limited pay per week, everything depends on us and how we can phantom the benefits we wanted from what we do based on the need arising.

Not at all times. There are people that simply accepts jobs despite it's low paying that they have to when they think that there won't be any more opportunities.

And for these politicians and the government employees and even the private employees. When there's a chance for them to get into the greener pastures, they would do.

But I think there's an exception for the politicians because they have to serve the public regardless of what salary they have assigned with.

While it is very impossible to become super rich while working, but politicians can really become very rich, because there are several means they get money from, it is not like they wait until the month end before they receive their salary, while government pays them monthly, they also have different ways they do make money, you don't necessarily need to steal before you become rich, please we shouldn't Glorify stealing, because this has been the major issues in our society, everyone feels like they have to steal from someone in order to have enough. Even in company, you can work and still become rich, while it rarely happens, we need to understand that when you get a higher position in the company, your salary also goes high too and it should be enough to solve our problems. You don't need to have billions of dollars in your name before you can say you are rich. Being rich is simply being able to provide for your needs without bothering anymore and living a comfortable life. I know that if you really want to become very rich you should think like the very rich people who are business minded and understands how money works for the rich, not like somebody who is comfortable to collect a paycheck every week or month yet wants to be very rich,  that is why they look for means to steal and enrich themselves. Instead of being a genius at scheming for ways to cheat I believe that any employees that wants to become rich should think outside the box, learn relevant skills, think big, meet the right contacts and seize opportunities to have breakthroughs in business and investments circles. Many rich people comes from humble backgrounds before they had their breakthroughs, it should be a motivation that becoming rich is possible.

Salary alone can never make anyone rich, because the minimum wage is only enough to survive. Most of it is gone in taxes that governments use for several purposes, and one of them is buying luxury jets for themselves and funding many other programs that we never wanted them to.

A person can only get rich if they start using their money for investment. If they are not investing or anything then they can never be rich. If you are Arizona ice tea, you can keep on selling for 99 cents, because you own your factories, you own the farms, or at least have good relations with the farmers, and you won your trucks, and you just distribute the thing you made, so 9 cents can stay the way it is, and maybe you won't make as much profit as you used to, maybe you make a dime on every drink I do not know, but if you are in profit, that means it is enough for you.

But if you are Amazon, and you made billions in profit, the shareholders will ask, why not more billions next year? And you will have to do that, or you will be unseated, and someone else who will be even more greedy will take your place.

It is quite disappointing that a lot of people have this mentality that they have to be corrupt but that's just a twisted way of thinking, there are always ways to become rich either as a worker or politician but the way to achieve that might be difficult especially for the worker. Being a politician is not a work that you will want to make money from but many politicians look for a way to make money from serving the people and that is why we have corrupt politicians. Politics is for service and anyone who does not want to serve should not become a politician. In good countries that value their workers, there can be someone who is still a worker and make money more than someone who is a politician as far as the politician is not a corrupt one.

Anyone can become a politician and serve their country and it must not be your main job that you are doing because you can serve for four years and then leave your sit for another person to take over. A worker can become rich without stealing but a politician cannot although being a politician should not make you rich as you did not become a politician to make money but to serve your country.

I have not seen a poor politician before in my life although some politicians might get broke when they live office but the ones that I have seen who are still in politics are very rich. In countries that are corrupt It is will be difficult to see a politician who hasn't stolen public fund or not involved in some illegal activities. Politics is a dirty game so you can't be clean and be a politician that's not possible. Your mind has to be dirty otherwise you won't last a day in office. Even though you have a clean mind and you probably don't have an intention to steal but since the system is corrupt your mindset will eventually become corrupt.

As a worker or employee you can actually become rich only if you are smart enough to learn from your employer and put the things you have learnt to good use, I have seen many people that are working in a company that are rich, and they have been able to manage that status by having businesses and investments that gives them money too. Depending on your salary isn't going to make you remain rich because you may be fired any minute so yes workers can be rich too while working for someone so you don't need to steal but you also need to invest somewhere else just in case.
