Most important lesson is country should learn from their mistake and do not repeat failed policies simply because they were used in the past t. Why do we think some countries are more developed and powerful than others, because they have strong economy and also have dedicated leaders, when the economy of a country is increasing, then they will have strong affinity to develop or afford the necessary infrastructures they needed and as well improve their security defense, whereby other countries will not serve a threat to them, neither will they have tit depend on others for what they will need for their sustainability.

Starting early to develop is another thing too, some countries started very late and if not for the help of other countries that are more developed we'd be seeing so many countries still in the dark. For the leaders, they are the ones that have so much to make a particular country to grow, just like some African countries that their leaders are only watching other countries they visit grow but bringing that ideology back to their own country to put things in place for other people to visit their own country is a problem instead they'd use the money for the development of the country to invest in their own private businesses. The question is, are the leaders ready to give their all for their country?

It is common sense that the political will of ruler is key to transforming national economic progress. Underdeveloped areas can turn into investment hot spots in the world by adopting modern urban planning system and enhancing bureaucracy to make it more efficient.

Personal gain through misappropriation of development funds is a permanent poison that takes away the future of civilization. The only way in which real progress can be attained is where state officials are ready to put greed behind them and serve the people wholly.

When you talk about putting greed aside it doesn't feel right to them in any way, seems like that is their key point, go out there and make use of public funds without bringing anything close to development and they know the public will only complain and later allow the whole thing to slide. Some countries we see suffering from hardship is as a result of nobody looking out for the economic growth of the country and that is why you see country like US going to rescue some of these people, it happens when they know what they are charging for and I some how like it that way, if a country is suffering and the government are not doing anything to help build the economical structure, making use of their resources is a problem then let outsiders come and put the bad government to their place and make use of whatever they feel is good for them, as long as the poor masses have something to hold onto, because it seems like some countries don't know how to use their resources for good but when they see other countries stepping in they act like they know what to do, it's annoying to see how greed has taken over our leaders.

Plan will be plan because that depend on the leader, if the leader want to run the plan, they will make sure to pick capable people as his officials and make sure to punish those who abuse the power. More than good planning, I think good governance as well will define a good and productive country's economy. And one way that may reflect a good economy is when the government is fighting corruption which deprived not just the country but the people to experience better public services and economic growth.

The reason for the poverty of a country is not the lack of a financial plan, but the lack of implementation of that plan. The main reason for the plans not being implemented is corruption. Poor countries also make economic plans every year to overcome poverty, but 50-70 percent of the budget prepared for the implementation of the plan is lost due to corruption and the remaining money is used to improve the economy of the country, which is not enough.

For example, you can look at India. They deserve a better position, but due to corruption, 5% of the people in their country still earn less than $ 3 a day and about 25% of the people earn less than $ 5 a day. They even have to fight for water, fight for education and fight for housing in some states. Despite a huge population, India is ranked 5th in the world in terms of GDP. If they could control corruption, then maybe their position would be in the top three countries. You can even look at countries like Nigeria, Iraq, Venezuela and Pakistan. They have the resources to get out of poverty and they also have the people to arrange financial plans, but they are still very much behind due to corruption.

Financial plans for a developed economy are of no value if those plans are not implemented. The main obstacle to implementing plans is corruption. The economy of a country depends on several factors, planning alone is not enough. Productivity, self-reliance, developed human resources, economic planning and implementation, political stability and most importantly an honest ruler. Are you saying planning doesn't have any ounce of failure in it? China has obviously tried severally and failed severally, the thing that got them to where they are is they learn from such mistakes. Have you forgetten when all of china goods is considered fake? Can you say that about now. You see, all they did and are still doing is learning from their mistakes. That's the way to actually grow properly. And when I say learn from mistakes, I don't mean actually doing stupid mistakes that one wants to learn from. You know what I mean.

That's very true. I can remember way back when ever any of the china products is being mentioned, from their handset to their electronics and every other things that they do produce, people normally see their brand as fake and for that reason barely patronize them due to the bad name they got. But look at today they are one of the best if not the best when it comes to production world wild. This is very true and that’s why we get to see some people failing to become a better person even when having access to the best resources to change their lives for the good. Money management is what some people lack and that is amongst the reason why they’re still lagging behind even when they already had the opportunity before. The government will set the course for you but as long as you don’t know how to better manage that money, you’ll still not see any significant progress or improvement.

Any country that wants to grow economically like China has done according to the post, must be deliberate in their long term policies instead of short term. So that when a new leader assumes power, they don't just change the policies to suit themselves, they simply fine tune it to work better.
They did well in testing their economic policies within their boundaries, hence why they became strict with certain rules within and while it worked, it gave them the confidence and confirmation to extend these their economic policies to the global market during their international trades.

It is true that the explosion of physical development should not become the only gauge of civilizational success. The tendency of grandiose construction on the abuse of the personal rights of the citizen and bulk of societal mind damage evidence the weakness of societal root.

Stemming from the idea that every human being or group has limitation, i think no group of technocrat,no matter how competent, they can not control every sector of country economy. To make economy plan , government must consider many factor, so almost impossible there are perfect plan because there are millions of participants which produce million of decision which very dinamic. Everyone will not be comfortable at a time if the country is undergoing a stage that will lead to a better development in the country that is exactly what happened in China, at the initial stages they were faced with a lot of hardship, difficulties and hard policies that most of them  couldn't survive but their government told them the reason why they have to work with the new policy and today they are enjoying a very good ns well developed economy. All the suffering that China suffered to achieve a good economy is not a waste because today they have one of the most growing economy and they are comfortable as a nation.

A nation with a growing competitive economy is a nation with less to nearly no corruption at the helms of affairs and with a working legal system that is independent enough to convict any fellow regardless of your position if found faulty of the law.  China economic sprank came at the very moment it dealt with corrupt leadership problems, because when there's much corruption in the system there's gonna be no progress in any policies and plans.
