Which part of the Welcome Package interests you more — the 275% deposit bonus or the NFT reward? 👀
At first I was surprised to see the 275% deposit bonus offer, I thought a deposit bonus would be given on a single deposit. However, after visiting your website, I see that 1st(100%), 2nd(75%) and 3rd(100%) bonuses will be given. I was expecting the wagering requirement to be 35x/40x, but you guys are a bit flexible( ) on this meaning x25 on the first deposit, 20x on the second deposit and 30x on the 3rd deposit, Even then the wagering requirement is still on high for me.
Anyway, can I know what do you mean by the cap: x10? I'm a little confused as to whether this is only talking about the 10x wagering requirement on the capital or the 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount? Sure! The x10 cap and x20 wagering requirement are two different things. The x20 refers to the wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount, while the x10 cap refers to the maximum amount that can be obtained from the bonus. Hope this clears things up!

You have a pretty good start in the forum with your announcement thread looking beautiful and professional, I must commend you for that. I just want to why you chose NFT as part of your welcome bonus knowing that the hype around NFTs has gone so such statement may not be that catchy to people. In additoon, can you give a numerical value of the worth of that NFT or maybe what the benefits of owning them aee.

Actually, all the links in OP are broken and need to be replaced. What do you mean by "looking beautiful and professional"? Op can use talkimg.com to host pictures. From what I understood, the NFTs awarded to players unlock new mechanics and rewards in the Reels.io ecosystem, and players need to have a Telegram account to access the NFTs You don't have to go with NFT bonus if it doesn't interest you. There are already two welcome packages, the 275% deposit bonus or the NFT reward. I guess few people will be interested in NFTs and will choose the 275% deposit bonus.

Do NFT still exist? Because it's been long I even heard about it, so if they are issuing it out as part of the bonus, is like doing giveaway with something they knows that have no good market value. Though since it's not a must, and users are not obligated to take it, but it's quite weird that they are issuing such worthless things as bonus rewards, when they knows that it will do little to convince new players to try out the casino. I don't know if others, but person like me will focus on other more valuable bonus rewards, with real monetary value than this NFT of a thing that has gone past it glory days.

Both licensed and unlicensed casinos have been making use of the no kyc idea to attract players to their casinos but the obvious truth about this can be seen in their terms. If you check most of the TOS of these casinos that are adding no Kyc to their headings, you will be surprised that they are not really no kyc because they will often ask for your data at their own convenience. Anytime I see no Kyc on most of these casinos, I don't getting intrigued to jump on them because if you check their TOS, you will see a different explanation.
That's the more reason is good not to always judge a book by it cover before jumping into concluding, it's important we go through their TOS and every other important information about a casino first before taking any move else you will be mislead. It is quite unfair how most of these casinos behave, because in as much as they are trying to market their brand or to attract people to their casinos, transparency is also very important. You don't have to give a wrong narrative about your casino all because you want people to patronize you, it's wrong. Sincerity matters a lot in every business. Personally, how I rate a casino is just by their first impression, once they aren't sincere to me on that very first encounter with them, I just forget about them and move on to the next one.

With the way these casino's are now acting when it comes to kyc issues, I have already comes to the conclusion that it's only a decentralized casino that are truly a no kyc casino, because all these centralize casino's have now developed the harbit of saying that they are a no kyc casino, but in the TOS they are actually going to ask for kyc if the needs arises, like they found anything suspicious. The best is to come clean from the start that they are a kyc casino, but it would only be ask if their is any suspicious activity in your account, with that honesty from the start, users will be more confident in their words, than what they are doing these days.

@Moreno233, @Finebone
Thanks for raising the question about our NFT rewards.
Just to clarify: the NFTs we're giving away are Telegram Gifts, and they do have market value.
Those who are familiar with the Telegram Gifts ecosystem probably already know how these assets work and why certain gifts can be valuable. If you haven't looked into them before, we'd definitely suggest taking a closer look at the Telegram Gifts market and how these collectibles are valued and traded.
So, this isn't simply a decorative NFT with no value attached to it. It's an actual Telegram Gift with market value that players can receive in addition to other benefits available on Reels.io.
Of course, we understand that some players may still prefer a traditional cash bonus - that's completely fair. Different rewards appeal to different players, which is exactly why we're interested in hearing your feedback.
@Yablee0, @Barikui1
Regarding the questions about KYC, we'd also like to clarify our position.
If deposits and withdrawals are made exclusively in cryptocurrency, KYC is generally not required on Reels.io.
However, KYC may be requested in exceptional cases where verification is required under the project's rules and applicable procedures.
We understand why the "No KYC" wording has generated discussion here, and we appreciate you bringing it up. We want the conditions to be as clear as possible so players understand how the platform works before depositing or withdrawing.
Thanks everyone for the feedback and for keeping the discussion constructive.

As long as no suspicion activity from users and they don't commit illegal things, the casino will not asking about KYC and let them withdrawal. But I am curious about the limit to withdraw because we see many cases occurs when users want to withdraw thousand dollars or more but the casinos starts to request KYC to them before the casinos proceed. So how high the limit before users doing KYC?

So how high the limit before users doing KYC? There is no specific withdrawal amount that automatically triggers KYC. Verification may be requested based on security and compliance checks rather than simply because a player is withdrawing a certain amount. So a larger withdrawal does not automatically mean that KYC will be required.

Sure! The x10 cap and x20 wagering requirement are two different things. The x20 refers to the wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount, while the x10 cap refers to the maximum amount that can be obtained from the bonus. Hope this clears things up!
Yes, the thing is now clear to me, but little more confusion to clear up that the 20x requirement for the Bonus amount, then what are the wagering requirements for the deposited capital? 1x wager? And 10x cap means we can obtain 10 times the bonus amount, but not more than $500 max, right? So if anyone deposits more than $500 or gets more than $500 as a bonus, then is there a $500 max limit in that case too?

I believe the maximum bonus is $500 even if someone deposit $600 they still get $500 bonus. If they able to complete wagering requirement they will be able to withdraw maximum $5000 (10x$500 ) obviously they need that much balance to withdraw. If the maximum withdrawal limit really is $5000 doesn't that seems unusually high for a bonus cap.

If the maximum withdrawal limit really is $5000 doesn't that seems unusually high for a bonus cap. Just to clarify how this works: The wagering requirement is calculated on the deposit + bonus (D+B), not on the bonus amount alone. The withdrawal cap is a separate condition. It determines the maximum amount that can be withdrawn when using a particular bonus. Depending on the deposit amount and the bonus tier, the cap may be x10, x15, x20, or unlimited. So, for example, $5,000 is NOT a universal withdrawal limit. The actual cap depends on the specific bonus and tier applied to your deposit. You can find the full breakdown of our deposit bonuses, wagering requirements and withdrawal caps here: ➡️ Reels.io - Bonus DetailsHope this makes things a bit clearer. If anything about the bonus conditions is still unclear, feel free to ask and we'll be happy to explain it here.

You are right, for the specific bonus he tries to discuss here, yes the max amount of the bonus is $500 and since it is 75% bonus so in order to get this max bonus then a player can deposit $666.7 In this stage, the wagering requirement will be ($666.7+$500)*20= $23,334, once the player able to complete the wagering requirement then the max amount that can be cashed out is capped at 10x from the bonus = $5000 regardless how much is the final balance after the player complete the wagering requirement. Frankly, I do not really like deposit bonus even if there is no max withdrawal limit from the bonus so the additional rule of this max cap is making the bonus less attractive. Simple logic, completing the wagering requirement is already a hard thing to do unless the luck is on our side. Most of the time, players will lose all the balance (deposit+bonus) while trying to complete it, so it is not that attractive if we are limited to withdraw our winning while it is hard to complete wagering requirement. No offenses ofc because in other side, I can also understand why some casinos set a max limit on withdrawal while taking bonus because some casino may have different budget to spend for such a bonus offer.

There is no specific withdrawal amount that automatically triggers KYC. Verification may be requested based on security and compliance checks rather than simply because a player is withdrawing a certain amount. So a larger withdrawal does not automatically mean that KYC will be required. But these checks only get triggered when withdrawals are about to be made and it's mostly when some specific range of figures are to be withdrawn that when the demand for KYC surfaces. This a technique of all modern time casinos and there's no need water down and soft pedal the obvious. Am sure that there's no casino with AML compliance that a gambler would be withdrawing a very large amount of funds which they haven't done before and KYC checks wouldn't be triggered. However, it makes sense you made it known in your terms about KYC, it's now left for a gambler to do the reading and know about the difference.

That’s exactly why we make the possibility of additional verification clear in our Terms — so players can review the conditions beforehand and know what to expect. Transparency is important to us, and we appreciate the constructive discussion.

I just want to why you chose NFT as part of your welcome bonus knowing that the hype around NFTs has gone so such statement may not be that catchy to people. In additoon, can you give a numerical value of the worth of that NFT or maybe what the benefits of owning them aee.
It is actually pretty nice concept to start with I would say a uniqe one . Never saw a casino is providing NFT as a token of their platform Premium accesss. If it is a NFT , I think it's price would be surge depending on casino reputation. Great way to introduce the platform towards user. I kinda liked this move from the team. . What do you mean by NFT still exists or not? You should first understand what an NFT is. An NFT is usually an artwork that represents a community or the genuine art of its users. If you can buy a painting for several thousand dollars without holding any actual value, an NFT is like that, nothing else.
