Sorry Haunebu but I have to disagree with you on this.
If a casino has solid evidence that prove that a user created multiple accounts to cheat its system, then it is within its rights to confiscate his winnings (casinos usually state that in their terms). It may sound unfair for some people, but it’s definitely not stealing.
I understand why you are saying that. You believe he is fortunate because they allowed him to withdraw his money after he got caught cheating. But this doesn’t mean seizing cheaters’ funds is stealing.

In this particular case, they obviously did not steal his funds because they reached the conclusion that he didn't cheat despite possessing multiple accounts which is where your points are totally valid. However, my point is that many sites go in the opposite direction.

Am really curious about something, it's about casino that go through the long process to buy a domain, register and license their casinos, build the website interface, pay a whole lot for marketing, and then decides to scam users here over a some couple hundred of dollars, I really don't know how big the market space for them to gather up a lot of players but I feel most of the casino that go down this route don't actually get profits or am I missing something because am thinking the cost of starting a casino or even getting license, they must have presented a certain bankroll to get that so why then scam?

Yes I have just checked that thread. The user was paid but still the tags in your profile are valid because you weren't acting professionally. Your mistake has already damaged the credibility of LM manager as well. Now with that active flag and red trusts, you can't lunch a signature campaign or run some contests, because no managers will accept to cooperate with you and forum users won't join it as long as the red tag is displayed in your profile. Why don't you try to solve the issue by providing all necessary proofs and make a public apologize by confessing that you made it as mistake without the intention to scam anybody? Not easy to rebuild a reputation in this space.

I doubt this issue of theirs will ever get solved since they messed up badly and didn't realize what they did until it was too late. Their reputation in this forum at least will always remain complicated, but it's good to see them trying to address complaints actively even now.

With crypto scams on the rise thanks to AI, a single mistake(Small or Big) could damage a crypto gambling site's reputation irreversibly within this forum and elsewhere.
