No, the forum rules can’t be learned all together. It’s a more difficult task for newbies, but they at least should read the rules, although they can’t memorize them all together. They might remember the rules while taking any action, like making posts and replies.

To know forum rules and culture outside of rules, you need to be active here. And they must be engaged in the discussion; then slowly newbies will learn. Usually I don’t criticize newbies since they aren’t familiar with the forum; I just try to teach them from their mistakes. But if I find scammers, then I don’t like to consider them newbies and try to punish them.

Nobody that started forum that can boldly say during it newbie days he or her memories all the rules and regulations of the forum..Another thing I want us to know is that, people doesn't keep rules or be afraid of rules unless they defaults the rules and a disciplinary action on them is taken..That's only way they can easily memories the rules faster...actually, this community is broad and is not what someone can use one week to read thoroughly of everything that has been discussed in the forum recently and also read the rules and stick on them, the gradual the forum learning process" the more newbie get acquainted with the rules..so i agree with your point of views.

Mistakes for beginners are common if they can accept it, but there are some beginners who just say what they know
and don't want to be directed, trying to argue and are like a long-time member of this forum.

But looking at the phenomenon of beginners now, they are actually not completely beginners,
they appear as Farming accounts and babble quite freely because they are unknown.
Trying to do a lot of pressure, making reports and arguing with other members.

Those who are really beginners will study carefully how the rules of this Forum are, at least understand the basic rules and everything will be known over time
and also be active in many discussions about the Forum and about what will be discussed.

The longer they stay in the forum and join in discussions the more familiar they are going to be with the forum rules, I still believe some old members in this forum may not no all the rules, even if they have read it before I’m sure they may have forgotten some of the rules, so it will definitely take a long time for newbies to get all the rules.
Some of the newbies may know a rule that says don’t spam in this forum, but they don’t even know the situation that may actually be like a spam in the forum, so the more they stay in the more they learn.
For example replying two people differently instead of quoting them together.

I totally disagree with you. Any beginner that claim they don't know about the things you mentioned, it means they never read at all. The first thing expected to do when one joins new forum is to read about the rules. It's not specific to Bitcointalk alone, every platform you can think of, getting to know about the rules is ethical.

These rules are contained in the pin threads. Cheating on contest is intentional because there is usually a rule on the contest thread that clearly prohibit cheating. I can't imagine someone participating in contest without reading the rules. If one's desire is to grow as fast as possible, complying with the forum rules should be their priority. Does it make sense to get your account banned for breaking rules while you're eager to grow and miss the rules?
I also disagree with you on this it's not all beginners that will be able to know all these rules and regulations guilding the forum, some newbies don't even know the particular board this things are, the only way they are able to know if they are been told by the person who introduced them to the forum, most newbies just think it's to come and post even if the post is Ai generated they don't care because they don't know that using Ai is prohibited. If not that some one that introduce me here told me all these i would have been a victim of these rules.

You’re very correct, new beginners don’t know all the forum rules works, the more they stay the more they can be able to understand this rules very well. Just like you have said, as a new beginner don’t pressure yourself in other to be able to understand everything at once, take your time you will gradually understand all this forum rules.

Most beginners don’t know how the forum works, I think the op is right, let us correct them in love not by being harsh when they violate the rules of this forum.

You may not know everything truly, but you can help your situation for better by knowing all about the forum rules and regulations on this platform, what we have in mind is going to be our first priority target, if you decided to go by the way of the rules, then you will see that it is nothing to disturb us from being aware of them all, but what we may needed is compliance and also frequent reminder and that is all.

You're extremely right, it is going to be difficult for a newbie to understand all the forum rules at once, because their is a big differences between reading and understanding, because if you read the rules without understanding it properly it will not convey the message. Let be sincere, I also faces some challenges the very first time I arrived here, and till date I'm still learning gradually, so it would be better to take it easy on them. Gradually they will be able to navigate the entire forum with ease.

If you don’t understand forum rules yet, then it’s better you post less, and read more. If you post more, and you end up going against the rules, you are going to be punished for that, nobody cares if your account is a newbie or not. As a newbie, make sure you go through the forum rules frequently, try to familiarize yourself with the rules as soon as possible. If newbies are left unpunished after committing offense, then some of them are not going to improve. It’s better if newbies pressure themselves to understand what the forum rules is all about.

For sure, the forum is a very wild place. not everything that is going on that you will know unless you're being told,That's the same way we can't be able to know all the rules about this forum. However, some forum users tend to read only the basic rules like plagiarism and few others that's the ones they know they can easily fall for, and then pay less attention to the technical ones as they know they can't even go near them, personally I have forgotten some forum rules since there are so many of them. But so long as I'm still here on the forum up till this time it shows that I didn't go contrary to any of those rules.

But so long as I'm still here on the forum up till this time it shows that I didn't go contrary to any of those rules.
Forum rules related to self-awareness to find out what is allowed are indeed not permitted. The length of time on the forum does not guarantee that someone knows the forum rules. Many are indeed on the forum just to make money. Otherwise, users who were previously active in bounty campaigns would probably still be active. But in reality, after income from bounty campaigns decreased, many accounts became inactive.
Newbies will definitely experience difficulties at the beginning. But they can do it gradually.

Scammers on this forum are meant to be exposed, because if you don’t reveal them they would create havoc on this forum.Funnily enough, how most newbies consider correction as attack, even if it was portrayed as an attack, isn’t it better to be attacked to do the right thing than watching your garbage pile up till you receive a negative trust from DT members. One thing most newbies don’t know on this forum is to have a tough skin, even if you don’t have,it would be wise to develop it because not every experienced members on this forum convey their correction in an enticing manner, most times the bitter truth needs to hurt you in other for you to wake up.The primary purpose as a newbie is to take corrections and adhere to them.

This is all because newbie who come here may not be used to the idea that order and certain rules of conduct can be observed somewhere on the internet. I know many forums where people write whatever they want, wherever they want, and in whatever way they want, without observing either the rules or any sense of decency. These forums have a lot of banners, and the admins only care about the number of users , quality is not even on the table. That's why some newbie, who are "free" in their behavior, react rather strongly to comments, calling the forum a rude and unwelcoming place. People are all different, and everyone will always have a choice about where to be online. That's why those who don't like the rules quickly get thrown out, while those who are ready to listen and hear remain.

They don’t want to learn, they mostly come based on how they are introduced to, they will just come to beginners board for questions, they don’t usually take note if the pin threads in every sections of the forum that usually guide them on how to go about the sections and some general forum rules; if they don’t read through the thread, they will not know how it works and that’s how some of our beginners make mistakes because they will want to impress everybody which is why they usually go to AI and make plagiarism, but if they read the forum the rules, they will avoid it completely.

Practice makes perfect, the more attention you put into the forum you are going to get better at what you do. No one started by knowing everything all at once it doesn't work that way. For you to move faster you need to be serious about learning, the problem a lot of beginners have is that they only care about getting merits so they can start earning, which is why they get discouraged when they are being corrected. The forum is not a space to break rules consistently, asides from making sure you read it if you are being warned about it more than twice then it is assumed not to be a mistake anymore and actions would be taken, this is why it's important to take heed to corrections.

Yeah, it’s easy to know when a newbie ignorantly makes an honest mistake and when someone is deliberately trying to defraud and scam others. Sometimes, not just newbies, even some folks who have been around for a long time could still end up making some mistakes too due to ignorance, such as fellow shouldn’t be blamed, not saying they can’t be penalized, depending on the err or the gravity and implications of the mistakes made, but the truth is that, even though the mistakes may have implications, they are still an act of ignorance.

A person cannot learn everything from the beginning but they have to learn gradually and increase their knowledge base as time goes by. When a person is regularly involved in the forum and reads everyone's comments regularly then a person will know everything. There are some people who do not read the comments of newbies carefully and underestimate the newbies. But every person's comments need to be read very seriously.

There are many types of rules which are not possible to know in a day or two. So start with few rules in the beginning and with time move forward with all the rules and it will be good.

You are totally right, nobody will actually remember all the rules and adhering all of them can be very difficult. And, just like you said, until some strict actions are being taken, one won't hesitate in obey them. But, you should know that we are all human and we are bound to make mistakes, for one to learn and discipline themselves. However, it is necessary for people who have power to issue a warning, so that they can recall and check themselves to correct where they defaulted, doing so won't immediately result in punishment. Also, punishment without warning only creates fear and resentment among people and that is not how it should be.

I know in as much as warning is also necessary for newbies to seat up and wake up from their slumber, it's also important that newbies should also bring down their head to carefully look into this laws or rules so they wouldn't be find wanted. Because ignorant of the law is not an excuse go and check it out even in our regular constitution. Because once you are cut in the act you get no excuse and you must be punish appropriately.

I know some times we might be carried away by activities but at our free time we can navigate round the forum, make some little findings ourselves especially those pinned thread and believe this will help us significantly.

Merely explaining and directing someone on how to navigate the forum isn’t enough to give one the knowledge they need to fully understand how the forum works. Yes it’ll give them a good head start but it’s still not enough, there’s merely so much they can do with that information, that’s why it’s crucial for every newbie to first of focus on taking their time to get familiar with the forum, the rules and everything there is to know on their own, maybe ask questions where they need or have to, but not completely relying in what they were told by their predecessors.
What they were told can also help them, although what you learn by yourself stays more than what you are being taught by someone, what I understand is that, some newbies find it uneasy because they are not focused on learning gradually, as we have many boards in this forum, thats how the forum rules is, so for newbies, especially those ones that are here to get knowledge, they will have to put their heads down so that they can learn, although learning depends on who's involved, serious people learn fast but divided minds minds don't, your advice for newbie to get familiar with the community first is right, because it will help them to get use to some certain things in the forum.
